Blairs alarm ring loud in her ears, she gets up with a sign, sitting in her vanity chair, her mirror covered in sticky notes about things she has to “fix” about herself.
first she does her hair, curling it and putting it all in rollers, next her expensive skincare and makeup that takes longer than any normal routine.
she takes out her hair, cute . she walks by her dads room, he’d been in there all night, its best not to bother him hes probably doing.. reports or police work or something.
before she leaves she lights herself a cigarette, taking a long drag, it calms her down. she ties up her hair and goes for a quick run, listening to music and going by the woods, sitting on a picnic bench finishing another cigarette. later she comes back and fixes herself quickly.
BEEP BEEP
her boyfriend was waiting outside. “OKAY IM COMING!” she shouts, she walks up to his car.
“Have you been smoking again?” he sounds angry. “what? no just-“ he cuts her off. “yes you have i can smell it.” she puts on her seatbelt avoiding eye contact.
“just drive.”
she walked to her locker, lucy was waiting in front of it, “hey blair you left this at mine last night,” she hands her a book. Blair isnt even looking at her, shes waiting for kate. “oh yeah yeah thanks.” she accidentally drops it. “shit sorry” lucy goes to pick it up. “cute necklace” she slowly comes back up and hands her the book, and holds her necklace. “thanks i found it at some charity shop, only like 12 dollars.” blair puts the book back into her locker. “isnt 12 dollars expensive for some cheap necklace?” she looks at it, it was green, looked very real “holy shit is that real?” lucy smiles “yep..” god she was so lucky, how come everything always went her way? “cool, have you seen kate?” lucy points “over there.” blair finishes at her locker and slams it making lucy flinch “is that party at yours tonight?” blair smiles “no, Liams, bring friends.” she fake smiles and walks over to kate “hey, kate can you bring drinks for Liams tonight?” “yeah sure.”
