The Visitors from the city

Some where in the thick savanna forest of West Africa, seven men made their way on a narrow path leading up a mountain. Loaded with bags containing essentials for few weeks camping, they slowly made their way up the densely vegetation filled mountain.

The Teacher also known as the knowledger from the forest became famous when he exposed a ring of pedophile clergy men within the countries elite class, he was later charged to court on grounds of deformation of character and also imprisoned. He got released three years later after reoccurring of allegations and new evidences emerged concerning his case. He came out of prison a different person. Some said he turned a philosopher, some said his bitterness for the government or the system turned him into a conspiracy theorist but High Chief Cama, a name he adopted during his time of incarceration, wrote articles and gave lectures with new insights in a wide variety of topics. After a

while he went off the radar and wasn't heard from again but rumours had it that scholars from different parts of the world visited him for insights concerning issues in a remote mountain purchased and lived independently from modern civilization with his family.

The visitors finally made it to his residence where they were received by High Chief Cama(HCC) himself and some of his family members.

"Well come my dear friends, I am delighted you all made it here on time, I was wondering how you all will struggle your way up here if the rain starts to pour down... the climb might not be much fun on wet ground" HCC said pointing up to the darken sky forming above the forest.

They all looked up and were in deed glad they won't be experiencing such adventure.

Three hours later they all had finished with their dinner and heading to their beds after the Teacher appreciated them all for coming to his home and was looking forward to their interactive sessions the next morning.

Early the next morning one of the visitors woke up to the crow of a rooster near his window. He got off the bed and walked to the window, the sky was still dark and he could clearly see the crescent moon up in the sky. The land scape view from the window was beautiful...he was looking down from a mountain top at a misty thick green forest filled with gigantic trees. The odour of fresh vegetation filled the air which was far different from the dust and gasoline smoke smell he was used to in the city.

He brought out one of his note pad and jotted down some things and went back to sleep.

Ku_Rolet: The novel was good, and I really enjoyed reading it. I love the leads and their bond, but I have one question that confused me. How could Tristan have been dreaming about his mate since he was a child if Omara was already mated to someone else before him? If Kyle had accepted Omara, would Tristan ne...
