Chapter 1

Here’s Chapter One for Pac Rat — kicking off with the same wild, neon‑arcade energy as your cover.🧀 Chapter One: Cheese RunThe maze pulsed like a heartbeat—blue walls glowing, yellow pellets shimmering in rows that stretched into infinity. Ricky “Pac” Rat crouched low, tail twitching, eyes locked on the next wedge of cheese. The air smelled like static and adrenaline. Somewhere behind him, the hum of ghostly paws echoed through the corridors. He grinned. “Come and get me, furballs.”Pac darted forward, sneakers squeaking on the glowing floor. He snatched a cheese wedge, stuffed it into his mouth, and felt the rush—energy, courage, maybe insanity. The maze shifted, lights flickering as if the world itself was laughing at him. Then came the growl.

Three shadows rounded the corner—red, blue, and pink, their eyes burning like neon fire. The cats floated, half‑real, half‑rage, their claws slicing through the air with pixelated precision.Pac skidded around a bend, nearly colliding with a soda can bonus item. He grabbed it, popped the tab, and chugged. The fizz hit his brain like rocket fuel. “Let’s dance,” he said, sprinting toward the next junction. The maze opened into a wide chamber—a glowing cheese vault. He could see the exit sign flickering at the far end, but between him and freedom stood the red cat, blocking the way, tail swaying like a fuse.Pac dropped the empty can, wiped his mouth, and smirked. “Guess it’s time to earn that title.”He charged.
