Summary

After leaving home for work, five years went by before I even realized I hadn't returned. I had left behind my mother and Rose, my youngest sister whom I love so dearly. Unfortunately, Rose has Autism Spectrum Disorder and requires a great deal of care, attention, and love. When I came back, she was overjoyed, and we were going to be a happy family once again. But... God help me, what was supposed to be a family reunion turned into a sinful spiral—right on her eighteenth birthday. I didn't expect to find my little sister still so small, so ridiculously innocent. Rose still looked at me as if I were the only truth in the world. Everything I said became the rule. Everything I did became "normal sibling behavior." When she saw my body react as she jumped on me, she didn't understand a thing; she was simply fascinated. When his fingers entered her for the first time and her body trembled until she cried out, she merely asked, breathless: "Can we do it again?" Now we share the same bed, with our mother just down the hall. And Rose has firmly decided that my "member" was made specifically for her. I’m torn between self-loathing and a sick desire that only grows the more she stares at me with those innocent eyes. I know I should stop. She has no idea what she’s asking for, and... none of that is stopping me from going on...

ARRIVE

"Ah, honey, I'm so glad you're coming to spend a few days with us. I've been dying to see you, and Rose has too, you know?"

"Rose being dramatic as usual, right? She's been like that ever since I can remember."

"Stop it, Rick. After you left for work she got all depressed, and… you know… well, she's too special to us."

"Yeah, Mom, I get it, but I don't think it's been thaaat long."

"It hasn't? When you left, she was a little over thirteen… thirteen!"

"Shit! So…"

"That's right. She turns eighteen tomorrow, the same day you arrive. Get her a really good present!"

"But what? I'm terrible with gifts."

"I don't know, just think of something. Though honestly, just you being here will be the greatest present in the world for her."

"Alright, Mom," I sighed. "I'll finish packing. I'll be there early tomorrow morning."

"It's a deal!"

Fuck. I must have miscalculated how long I've been away. I left at eighteen, I'm twenty-three now, but I could have sworn it hadn't been that long. Rose was thirteen, almost fourteen when I left, but in my head she was still around sixteen. Eighteen… time really flies. I never even noticed her changing while we talked on the phone. She always sounded like the same person I knew. Now… what the hell do I get her? I can't think of anything. A box of chocolates should be fine. Everybody loves chocolate. I saw some fancy Swiss ones at the market that made my mouth water. Rose loves chocolate, so… yeah. That'll do.

I finished packing not long after. I was restless. Almost five years without seeing Mom or my little sister. Mom I knew would still be the same, but had Rose changed a lot? Thirteen to eighteen… that's a long time.

The city wasn't that far, about a four-hour drive. I don't know why I took so long to come back. Work, college, the comfort of routine… it all piles up until it becomes an excuse bomb.

I slept better than I expected. Deep, dreamless sleep, the way I like it.

I went down to the building's garage, got in my car, and within minutes I was stuck in the usual chaotic traffic. It cleared up faster than usual, though. Soon I was on the main highway. My phone vibrated almost the second I merged.

"Rose, hey, you—"

"Big brother! You're really coming?!"

"Yeah, I am."

"Oh my God, that's amazing! It's been so long since we saw each other in person! I'm gonna love it so much!"

"Well, I'm all yours for a few days," I smiled. "But Rose, I can't keep talking. I'm driving."

"Okay, big brother. I'll be waiting. Bye-bye!"

"Bye."

Damn, she really is excited. Too bad she never posts photos on social media. I wanted to see how she looks now. Not that I'd ask her for a picture. That would be weird as hell, right? I remember she was really short, kind of skinny. Did she end up looking like Mom? Not gonna lie, Mom has a hell of a body. God, what am I even thinking…

Those were the thoughts running through my head while I drove. I turned on the local radio to drown out the intrusive ones. For a moment I felt like Dean Winchester on the road—minus the looks, the height, the charm, the giant brother, and the Impala… but at least the music was the same.

"Alright, straight ahead."

I took a tiled side road a little farther from the suburban center. Mom said she chose this house because it was nice, the yard was good, but above all it would be comfortable for Rose. Rose… well, Rose has Autism Spectrum Disorder. Among other things, she freezes up when there's too much human noise. Poor thing. Last time we went to a classmate's birthday party she almost had a meltdown from the kids screaming and took off running down the street. Luckily I was fast enough to catch her.

"Here we are."

I found the house. It had been five years, so I used the GPS, but little by little the memory came back. Nice place, spacious, big backyard. I just didn't remember there being so many tall trees around it. It looked like a little vacation hideaway.

I got out of the car with my suitcase and backpack. Before I could even ring the doorbell, she appeared.

"RICK!"

Rose came running and jumped—literally jumped—on me. The impact was so strong we both went down. I landed on my back with her on top of me. I was caught off guard by how familiar she still looked. She hadn't developed like Mom. Still short as ever, five feet at most, skinny little body, almost flat, but now with small, firm tits and a shy little ass that was rounder because of her slightly wider hips. Her waist was so tiny it looked like it could fit inside a ring.

She stayed straddling me, wiggling with pure excitement, rubbing her whole body against mine. The thin blue polyester shorts barely hid anything. I felt the heat of her pussy right on top of my cock, which reacted instantly, getting hard fast under the pressure. The oversized, baggy shirt she was wearing—the kind people only wear at home, what I always called "homeless clothes"—had one strap already slipped down, completely exposing her left breast: small as an orange, dark nipple hard, looking like a drop of chocolate.

I should have felt disgusted with myself. In a way, I did. But her light, warm body rubbing against me with zero malice only made it worse.

"Rose… Rose, your… y-your tit is out."

I said it completely awkward, face burning with shame.

"Huh? But you're my brother. It's fine if you see!" she answered like it was the most obvious thing in the world, then casually fixed the strap with one hand, no hurry at all.

She shifted again, adjusting her position on top of me, then suddenly stopped. She looked down between us and frowned slightly, curious.

"Why do you have something hard in your pants, big brother?"

"Rose…"

"Is it something for me?" She tilted her head, staring at me.

"No… No, look… God, how do I even explain this… it's…"

"I don't have anything hard like you."

She said it quietly, literally, with zero teasing or embarrassment. Just an observation. She stayed sitting on me, the light weight of her pussy pressing exactly where I was hardest, like she was waiting for a technical explanation.

"Rose, get off him, sweetie, you're going to crush him like that."

Mom appeared behind us. Beautiful as always. Same soft voice.

"Ah, honey, you got here pretty fast. Come on, let me help you up."

She held out her hand. I stood up, still with my cock clearly outlined in my pants. Mom pulled me into a hug.

I went stiff. If she felt how hard I was against her it would be even worse. She'd start wondering what happened the second Rose landed on me.

"I want to hug him too!"

Rose squeezed between us and separated us, wrapping her arms tightly around me. Her whole body pressed against mine. I felt the heat of her again and the small shape of her tits against my chest. In a way, that saved me from the worst.

"I'm so glad you came, Rick. You stayed away too long. I was sad."

"Ah, Rose… Life's like that. I'll try to come more often. But I'm here now."

"Yay!"

"Let's go inside. Do you still remember the house?"

"I do, Mom. My room—"

"Ah… right. I forgot to tell you."

"Tell me what?" I raised an eyebrow.

"Rose and I have been making some changes around the house, and since your old room was empty we piled a bunch of junk in there. So… you're going to have to sleep with Rose…"

"You're kidding, right?"

"Hm… unfortunately not. But relax. Her bed is a king size. There's plenty of room."

"Come on!"

Rose dragged me by the arm before I could protest any further. Fucking great. Mom really did that. Not that I minded sleeping with Rose, but I like my privacy.
