Prólogo

Este libro no nació con prisa. Nació con el tiempo, con el silencio, con las noches donde las ideas pesan más que el sueño.


Aquí no hay verdades absolutas, solo caminos recorridos por dentro. Cada texto es un intento de entender lo que a veces no tiene explicación: el amor, la pérdida, la fe, la duda, el dolor y la esperanza.


No escribí para enseñar, ni para convencer. Escribí para no olvidar lo que sentí en distintos momentos de la vida, cuando las palabras eran la única forma de sostener lo invisible.


Este libro es un reflejo incompleto del alma humana. Incompleto porque nadie puede decirlo todo. Y quizá tampoco sea necesario. A veces basta con sugerir, con dejar una huella, con permitir que el lector complete el significado con su propia historia.


En estas páginas conviven dos voces: la que siente y la que piensa. La que se quiebra y la que se levanta. La que duda y la que continúa caminando.


Si algo de lo que aquí lees te detiene un segundo, te hace mirar hacia adentro o recordar algo tuyo, entonces este libro ya cumplió su propósito.


Porque al final, todos somos eso: ecos de lo que vivimos, fragmentos de lo que amamos, y aprendizajes de lo que perdimos.
