Chapter 1 The Stranger's First Glance
Opening
Jaipur. Rain falls over the city.
Divi, a kind-hearted middle-class woman, leaves a famous temple after praying. She wears a beautiful red saree and walks through the rain with a peaceful smile.
A luxurious black car stops at a traffic signal.
Inside sits Adrian De Luca, an Italian billionaire visiting Jaipur for business. The world knows him as a successful businessman, but secretly he is the ruthless head of one of Europe's most powerful mafia organizations.
As Adrian looks outside...
His eyes meet Divi.
For a few seconds, everything around him disappears.
He can't stop staring at her.
Adrian (softly):
"Who is she?"
He immediately orders his manager,
Adrian:
"I want every detail about that woman."
Hours later...
A file lands on Adrian's desk.
Manager:
"Her name is Divi... She's married."
Adrian closes the file slowly.
A faint smile appears on his face.
Adrian:
"Interesting..."
Cliffhanger: Despite learning she's married, Adrian decides not to walk away.
