I still remember how badly my hands were shaking. I had cried so much that the tears had already burned into my face.
Yet my voice remained steady.
And cold.
Just one question.
One I never thought I’d ask.
You.
I was suffering.

That’s how it all begins.
By the time you realize what you’ve gotten yourself into, there’s no way back.
A kiss that felt foreign to me.
A hand gliding across my skin.
You moaned into my ear:
“It feels like I’ve finally come home.”
