Summary

Wystan Farrowfield has never fit the shape of Zharoffen. Not Thennowyn enough for the Rootspeakers to claim, yet carrying enough of the Grove’s lingering strangeness that ordinary men give him a wide berth. He survives in that hollow space, enduring the grueling, ash-choked labor the castes refuse to touch: carrying sealed oaths across cursed borders and clearing calcified husks from the old trade roads. Heavy, wordless work. But his quiet routine shatters when he accepts a contract born of sheer desperation. Wystan is tasked to carry a single fragment of the Unreckoned Codex—a slab of petrified vellum that bleeds a faint, sweet rot—to the drowned city of Ylammorin. He takes the burden, and something immediately begins to hunt him. A suffocating shadow stalks him through the heavy canopy of the Sennowood, driving him toward the salt-choked piers of the Roaring Tide. Yet the true danger isn't the hunter behind him, but the secrets waiting ahead. When his path collides with Threndara Ombrassel, a Sowrenthal Blood-Seer tracking a surge of abyssal residue, a terrifying truth is exposed. Spilled blood reveals a cosmic anomaly—a nameless blood-tithe anchored deep in the veins of a hybrid who should never have been bound to the ledger. With an undelivered artifact, an unseen predator circling, and a terrifying debt they cannot explain, two strangers must survive a bond neither of them planned for.

His Forsaken Fate

Bargara4670: I have marked the ratings down because it was obviously originally written in a foreign language and translated into English. I hope that whoever edited the second half will go back and do the same to the first half. Having said that, this was a well-thought-out plot which kept me interested enough ...

Authorhelper: Your story sounds really interesting! As a beta reader and book editor, I love helping writers strengthen plot, pacing, character depth, and overall flow while keeping their unique voice. I’d genuinely be interested in reading more of this project.

Alpha’s Claim

Shriya: When I started, i thought the Alpha was a psycho, a control freak and could not understand why Kiera didn't get terrified of him. I wish the book was a bit longer to show her life in the pack but then I thought many of us are surrounded by strangers and we can be non inclusive without realising the ...

The Lycan King's Second Chance

Bridget Steininger: Book is NOT FINISHED! Which stinks because it's a very addictive story and very good writing. It was my middle of the night, bored at work story and I'm left hanging.

Exile in Flames

Kelly Teachout: It was a good story. I just wish that there would have been more description of the characters as well as the settings. It could’ve also been a little bit longer little more backstory as well as bit more dialogue but overall is good story good plot.

Burn for Me

armstrongjessica34: I really like this story. It is original in a world of redundant plot lines. It moves along nicely. The pacing is well done.
