Summary

INTRO The camera flashes were blinding, just like the white ER lights from last night. But he’d gotten used to them since he became the Nation’s Prince. He’d heard a thousand times that nothing lasted forever. He just never thought it would be him, and at least, not this soon. "Do you accept the accusations? Did you kill Ms. Ina?" "What do you have to say to your fans?" "Do you feel guilty or is this just damage control?" The questions kept coming. But he didn’t have the urge to answer any of them. His head was blank, his mind was hollow, and the noise drowned out. The only thing he could feel was the sling around his neck, the only thing holding his broken arm together as the crowd surged forward. Then the words cut through, the comments from the screen, from the internet, all playing in front of his eyes. "You murderer! Go die!" "I never liked him." "Ina had so much potential. You killed her!" "Go to hell, you evil thing!" He killed her. It was his fault. It was right that they blamed him. If only he hadn't confessed his feelings to her, if only he hadn't taken the company's car to drive her to the restaurant then, none of these would've happened. "Hurry! Get in the car, Prince." His manager’s voice sounded close to him, panicked. But it didn’t matter anymore. His career was over. And maybe, so was he.

OamisAL: It’d been quite a while I read romance and love stories so I’m glad it’s this one I came across first. Very steamy and dreamy in places and my heart jolted with pain in places too. It’s also quite realistic and can very easily be a tried story. Well done for the imaginative understanding of the comp...
