Swallowed by the old chapel

Even today when someone asked her , "Do spirits, ghost and supernatural entities exists in real?"

This is the real life incident based on what happens to the young couples who want to leave a hustle-bustle life in city.

The girl name is Seema and she used to live in Mumbai and the incident that I happen to narrate has changed her whole life. She has seen such things that even now it's nightmare never ended and the biggest thing is that she returned safe and sound from that place were no person left safely.Two years ago, her husband Thomas and she want to buy their own house but unfortunately no houses was to their liking, it's like some where near construction sites or near big buildings or if some where too costly that they could barely afford it.

One day these both couple where sitting in the balcony when she asked her husband, if u were given a chances to settle for mountains area will you do it. He replied in few seconds, yes.

That's when we thought of settling in the mountains areas and for their jobs , Seema left her marketing company and now is doing freelance and Thomas do work from home so it's not necessary for them to live in Mumbai. After two weeks of searching different places, their eyes step on Shimla and after investigation they decided to settle there Their plan was simple, but a British style mansion , renovate it and rent two or three rooms in season. At first they thought it's a good idea but what they don't know that future is different from what they imagined. When they arrive Shimla , they met a local real estate agent who shows them more and more houses but still non of of them to their liking. One day the couple told him ,  Sir maybe after seeing that place u may change your mind, it's just that it's bit too old and its owner lives in abroad and is hurry to sell. They drove towards a calm , silent place away from Shimla market places surrounded by big trees covered with light fog and that's when they arrive an old bunglow with iron gates named Wilson house.. Seeing the condition of bunglow Thomas says ,' This place is so run down, we didn't know how much longer can it hold'. The agent told him not to worry as it's foundation is very good and It just need some renovation and it"ll be like a dream house.

Thomas don't like the place as something uneasy and the place doesn't give a good vibe, as his wife liked that house very much and she ignore his feeling and at   that time she only see that after some little renovation, this place will be something like dream house but what they don't know something was waiting for them and the girl notice that the agent was answering all our questions non stop and whenever he answer his eyes move towards an old chapel only for one or two sec and then immediately answer us.She noticed these things but didn't pay much attention to these trivial things.  She only think that such a big bungalow in such a low price, such deal don't come everyday. For two days , they check all paper works and finalise the purchasing of bungalow.

For two and half months almost all renevation was over and that house is now their new home . Starting few days everything went good with beautiful morning, cold winds , fragrant woods and all over peaceful silence. It feels like they have started a new life , but these days don't last longer.

The news spread like a fire that a new couple from Mumbai is now living in that Wilson house. They thought they will make some new good neighbours but all neighbours avoid them , at first they thought here people don't like to make friends with other place people. Villagers met them just smile and have small sweet talk but when they invite them to their house, their looks change all told them they are busy in their works. One day she thought I should be the first to interact with the neighbours, she went to a house nearby with a box of sweets. The old lady welcomes her with most sweet language even took her sweet. They began to talk warmly but then old lady ask her where she live , she told her Wilson house that's when she realize the nature towards her changes and that lady told her that she is busy and completes the talk and left inside that's when she realize no one talks warmly to her when she tells that she live in  Wilson house. She told her husband about this , Thomas told her to stop telling she lives in this house, but she tells if she won't tell her home where she lives how can she make friends and she also notice all the workers don't even work at evening. One day , workers was going at their usual time , the carpenter was leaving his unfinished work in hastily as when Thomas asked him '  he told him that it's going to rain , he has to leave and even for tea they drink outside the house. In this whole area only one person warmly welcomes them, her name was Martha de,cauza. She lives near their  bungalow at a small blue colour house, and she was about 53yrs where she lives with her old mother alone. One day she invited them to her house as they arrived the house was small but so neat and tidy ànd near a window a old lady  was sitting , Martha introduced her to them as her name is Roza and she is her mother. She is suffering from a disease where she don't recognise people even herself just like Alzheimer's but she don't even talk .  After that she left to kitchen to make some tea and  Seema noticed old painting and in one painting where  Roza was young with long black hair and calm smile. But then Roza firmly grabbed her hands and her eyes was filled with terror and fear and it was something that she can't forgot in her whole life and she was continuously seeing her and with terror she told her " go away, go away from that house". For few moments she don't understand but she was terrified after what Roza tells her, Roza again says " leave that house never leaves anyone, destroys everything. After saying that she puts her hand away and sit down calmly seeing her. Few moments later Roza came with amtwo cups of tea , they immediately drink that cup and talk with her and hastily left. On the road Thomas told Seema just leave fast from here, these people are strange I don't feel good . Seema don't say anything, but Aunt Roza terrified voice kept buzzing in my ears " That house never leaves anyone". That night she heard a voice and told Thomas about it, that's when he told her casually it's nothing, u r just taking Aunt Roza words too much seriously. Next night something happens, she heard voice from downstairs and what she saw was a lady with black gown with veil sitting in the dining area and when Seema asked her" who are you"? . That woman leaves the house and went towards the old chapel and disappeared after seeing these Seema told her husband to come but when he arrives that lady wasn't there.Thomas told her not to meet more often with Aunt Martha but then where they used to put a white cloth in dining table their was a cup of water and it's from old river, dirty water that's when even Thomas wouldn't have answers. The next day Thomas sees the house in another light more careful taking every details. Now some small things used to happen in that house where backyard windows usually open even if she closes, the chair also changes it place. And one time whenever she goes to that old chapel she found a strange wet mud smell near it even if no rain has happened. She found that straight mud like lining was their near the chapel and she told Thomas but he thought she is more focused on these trivial matters. It's not the first time he ignored her talk, whenever she used to tell him something he just brushes it off.One night she woke up at 2:45am for water but it doesn't have any left , she don't want to go downstairs for this but has to and then she saws that same woman and some food , water decorated in the dining space just like their was a feast and spot that veil women again and I just went upstairs and told Thomas about what she saws. They went downstairs and saw the same things and after that everything went wrong. That wet clothes veil lady stretch two chairs for them to sit and that time our torch immediately turn on and all things are over but the two chairs have wet marks on them and that when they saw that's not dream or hallucination but real .

In that old chapel , bells were continuously ringing at middle of night which sounds like a horror.At night, during 3:00am  Seema heard a breathing sound and thought it's Thomas but when she saw  he wasn't breathing that heavily but that sound was coming from down the bed and that's when she saw that veil lady.She shouts so hard that Thomas woke up and held her and ask ," What happens"? She told him that  that lady was down the bed but he saw its no one but when he touches the floor it's wet. After that night we understand one thing in this Wilson house  we weren't alone from starting
