THE KING OF DISCO
Philadelphia, 1977.
Neon lights illuminated the streets as disco music shook the walls of nightclubs.
It was an era of glamour, extravagance, and excess.
And in the middle of that fever, a man appeared who seemed born to live it.
His stage name was Mr. SABROSON.
He had started out as an unknown musician, but his songs quickly conquered dance floors everywhere. First, he became famous in Philadelphia. Then across the United States. And finally, around the world.
His name appeared on magazine covers, club billboards, and the biggest stages on the planet.
They called him:
“The King of Disco.”
And Mr. SABROSON behaved like a king.
He owned mansions around the world, luxury cars, extravagant jewelry, and enormous golden statues that he proudly displayed at every one of his properties.
He lived surrounded by champagne, parties, celebrities, and beautiful women.
Everything had to be big.
Everything had to shine.
Everything had to bear his name.
And whenever someone asked him the secret behind his success, he would always answer with a smile and his trademark phrase:
—Ohhhh yeeeeah!
To Mr. SABROSON, life was a dance floor.
And he believed the music would never stop.
But eras change.
And so do kings.
