This book began with a simple observation. Like many people, I used to look at birds and think they were completely free. Their lives seemed peaceful compared to ours. But the more I observed them, the more I realized that what appears free from a distance often carries struggles that cannot be seen. What started as curiosity slowly became a journey of reflection. Through birds, I found myself thinking about loneliness, fear, migration, belonging, expectations, silence, and the invisible battles people carry every day. This book is not a scientific study of birds. It is a collection of thoughts, observations, personal experiences, and lessons inspired by them. If these pages encourage even one person to look at both birds and people with a little more understanding, then this journey was worth writing.
