Daeun recognizes him immediately—the boy who unknowingly became her first love and the reason she survived one of the darkest moments of her childhood. But Daniel doesn't remember her. Still, Daeun quietly stays by his side. She leaves sandwiches on his desk, encourages him before auditions, and slips little notes into his hands whenever he needs them. Until one day, she has to leave. Only after she's gone does Daniel realize how much of his life had quietly revolved around her. Years pass.
