Chapter 1 FIRST ORDER
The first time X-wire saw a man die, he was nine.
The second time, he pulled the trigger.
By sixteen, death had stopped asking him for permission.
That night in Emembu Axis, however, something felt different.
X-wire stood beneath the broken streetlight, watching the empty road ahead. Behind him were five boys he trusted with his life.
Ben Dragon checked his weapon.
Zeedy said nothing.
Y-Xtar kept looking at his phone.
G-Bullet waited for the last order.
Emii leaned against the stolen car, smiling like nothing in the world could go wrong.
Then the phone rang.
X-wire answered.
"Talk."
A voice came from the other end.
"Skull says you move now."
X-wire looked at the boys.
"Let's go."
The engine came alive.
None of them knew that before sunrise, one of them would betray the others.
None of them knew that the man they were about to fight for had already buried the truth about X-wire's real name.
And none of them knew that the rebellion had already begun.
