Prologue
Oh, you deem yourself righteous?
Yet you are naught but a beast.
Clawing at flesh,
Gnawing on meat,
Feeding the roots beneath your feet.
You dreamed yourself a saviour,
You dreamed yourself a king.
But all your glory is rot,
And your crown is your prison.
The wild shall be your kingdom,
The dead shall be your court.
And your heart shall freeze forever,
So you may know love no more.
