The Sweetness of Honey and Patience

The Honey was sweet; It melted and oozed,

I thought of the feat; did bees get to choose?

To make all that sap – to fly 'bout those blooms,

I thought of the feat; did bees get to choose?

For months they did fly at the Queen's request,

They never did lie; they flew to the west.

They searched high and low, then gathered and mixed,

They never did lie; they flew to the west.

For months they did work till the Queen said *Stop!*

*Now look! This artwork that you've made here atop!*

*The job is now done, the honey is capped.*

*Now look! This artwork that you've made here atop!*

For months they did work; sweet honey they made–

Consider, dear sweet, this short serenade.

Oh, the sweetness of honey and patience,

Consider, dear sweet, this short serenade.

Sarah: This was honestly a quick read for me. I couldn’t put it down I just wanted to see what happened next. I felt the pain, the anger, the lack of being able to feel, the point where she just wanted to cease to exist. After all that I started to feel her more pain, the why me, the person in the mirror t...

Tamara: This novel pulls you in from the very beginning , making the reader feel complex emotions without being overwhelming. I'd recommend this book to someone who would like to step out of their own world for a while and get lost in the story of Crystal, Caspian and of course Marguerite, because we wouldn...
