Incomplete

To be honest, this is a story that actually happened in my life. It began in 2024, and by 2025 and 2026, everything had come to an end.

Many of you may often think that when one love ends, there will be a second love, and then a third love.

I had two such loves in my life. This story is about my second love…

My name is Pranavdevp.m, and this is my story.

This is a small part of my story connected to “The End” book.

That was the day I first saw her. I first came across her through social media—Instagram.

A lot of people used to like my stories because I am a voice-over artist. So, I was used to seeing many people liking my stories.

But then I noticed a particular girl who seemed to like my stories regularly, almost every time I posted something.

At that time, I didn’t know that she was a married woman.

Since she kept liking my stories, I sent her a message. I simply told her, “Thank you so much for liking my stories.”

She didn’t reply with any words. She only sent me a red heart ❤️.

When I saw that, I decided not to message her anymore.

Oh, I almost forgot to tell you her name.

Her name was Ranjana Mishra.

Two days later, she messaged me. It was just a simple “Good morning.” With those few words, she started talking to me.

From our very first conversation, I began to feel a little attracted to her. But she was a married woman, and because of that, I took a step forward and then pulled myself back.

I tried to forget everything.

There was also a fear inside me. I was afraid that if I started loving her or became too attached to her, she might begin to distance herself from me.

So, I decided to talk to her only as a friend.

Then we continued talking on Instagram for four or five months.

After that, we exchanged our phone numbers.

The moment I got her number, I felt like I had given her my heart too.

Without her knowing it, I started loving her.

I knew that I could never live together with her, but I could still talk to her. For me, even that was a big thing.

That was why I decided to love her silently, without letting her know.

I started liking all the important things about her. I liked the little things she did, her good qualities, and slowly, I began to like her.

She lived in Uttar Pradesh, while I was from Kerala. Our languages, cultures, traditions, and many other things were different.

Her language was Hindi, while mine was Malayalam.

I knew three languages—Urdu, Hindi, and Malayalam—so I used to talk to many different people, especially Hindi-speaking people, through social media.

I also used to create and upload content.

My first social-media account had around one lakh followers.

And somewhere along that journey, I met her.

That was how our story began.

That was how I first met Ranjana and started talking to her.

As time passed, I kept talking to her more and more. Maybe, for her, it was just a way to pass the time. But for me, it was never just a way to pass the time. Without her even realizing it, I gave her my heart. Without her knowing, I fell in love with her.

That was the biggest mistake I made.

At first, we used to chat with each other regularly. Slowly, those chats turned into phone calls. Then we started talking on the phone every day. Sometimes I would call her, and sometimes she would call me.

We continued talking like that for a long time. One day, she realized that I was in love with her. She understood what I felt, but she remained silent and kept everything inside her heart.

Even after that, I continued trying to talk to her whenever I saw her. We continued chatting and talking on the phone.

Then, one day, I called her and told her everything that was in my heart.

“I like you. I love you. Will you come with me?”

I waited for an answer, but she didn't give me one immediately.

Later, one day, she told me:

“Pranav, I understand and agree with everything you're saying. But I can't come with you right now. I have two children, and I have to take care of them. I have to educate them. I also have to arrange my elder daughter's marriage. There are many responsibilities I have to complete. After all of that, maybe we can be together.”

Those were the kinds of promises she gave me. You could even call them her words of assurance.

She was 34 years old, and I was only 20.

Even then, I loved her. I loved her deeply.

I already knew that we might never be together. Still, somewhere inside me, there was a small hope.

I wanted to make her mine.

I wanted to be the person who could make her smile. I wanted the certainty that she was the person who would be with me in the future.

I wanted her.

But everything turned in the opposite direction.

The name of the girl I had loved before Ranjana was Divya Singh Rathor from Rajasthan. She was my first love. We liked each other, and there were feelings between us, but that relationship never moved forward.

Then another girl came into my life. Slowly, I started developing feelings for her too. I became lost in those feelings. I lost myself in front of Ranjana.

I loved Ranjana more than I could ever explain. I felt that nobody in this world could love her as much as I did.

The only reason I could not have her was that she was already married.

That was the painful reality.

When she started developing feelings for me, there was also a small distance between us. I knew that, at first, she had been talking to me just to pass the time.

But somewhere along the way, she started loving me.

She loved me.

She loved me more and more.

And then, somehow, everything became complicated.

One day, I called her and asked:

“Do you really like me or not?”

She told me that she understood and agreed with everything I was saying, but she didn't know what she could do.

That day, she cried a lot.

And I cried too.

I had bought a saree and several other things for her. I thought that I would give them to her when I finally met her.

She had once told me:

“Will you come to see me? When you come, bring me a bangle.”

I knew that she understood how much I loved her. And she told me that she loved me too.

Whenever she called me, she would often say:

“When you come to see me, tell me when you arrive. Then I'll tell you everything—where you should come, when we should meet, and everything else.”

That was how we continued.

We also used to argue with each other. Sometimes we would get angry and block each other.

Sometimes I would block her for two days.

Then she would call me and say sorry.

I would unblock her.

And then we would start talking again.

This happened again and again.

But the truth was that we had come to know each other deeply. We understood each other. We cared for each other. We loved each other.

Because of that, I believed that we would never turn our backs on each other.

But once again, I was wrong.

Everything suddenly changed.

One Friday morning, she told me:

“My elder daughter has understood everything. And my husband has checked my call history. He has realized that I have been talking to you. He knows your number now. He even knows your name.

There is nothing I can do anymore.”

And that was the moment when everything began to fall apart.

Part 3

Then she started making up one excuse after another—saying this happened, that happened, and that it would eventually become a problem. Finally, she told me, “Don’t message me or call me for a few days.”

Later, I understood that all of this had been her plan.

Ranjana was the one person who betrayed me despite all the love I had given her. She was the one who had told me that she would always be there with me. But, honestly, after loving me for so long, perhaps that love had become nothing more than an act for her. She had grown tired of me.

There was no truth in the promises she had given me. She seemed to forget everything. The person I loved—the woman who used to call me every single day, my second love—stopped calling me.

I called her and talked to her for a long time. While I was speaking to her, I began to sob and cry. Even then, she showed no concern. There was no emotion in her. Everything we had shared for so long—the conversations, the promises, and the love—she forgot in a single moment.

Then I called her again and told her so many things. I even said, “Please understand, I cannot live without you. I will die without you.”

But she betrayed me.

She forgot everything.

All she said was, “You have to let me go.”

That was when I realized how deeply I had been hurt. I was completely broken. I had never expected such a betrayal from her.

I had once told her, “I will wait for you. I will wait for five years for you. Once I have settled my career, I will come back and take you with me. By then, you will be around 39 years old. Come with me then.”

I had told her everything. She had even agreed to all of it.

And yet, she still betrayed me.

Even today, I remember her.

For some people, it may take only a moment to forget someone and move on. But for people like me, once we truly fall in love, it becomes almost impossible to forget that person.

That is the truth.

For me, this was a lesson.

And I hope that for those of you reading this story, it becomes a lesson too.

Never fall in love with a married woman.

Because once you fall in love, you may eventually have to live with the pain.

After a woman is married, you may be able to love her from a distance. You may be able to see her. You may be able to talk to her. You may even remain connected in some way.

But you can never truly make her your own.

Once I understood that, I decided to let her go. I tried to forget her and her life forever. And slowly, I distanced myself from her.
