My name is Nieve.

It means snow in Spanish. my father gave me the name. I never got the chance to ask him why, because I have never even seen him once in my life.

My mother told me he was Spanish. she doesn't even have any pictures of him. I don't want to make her struggle more than she already has, so I don't ask too many questions about it.

I was born on the first of February and grew up in Korea. My life has always felt strange almost unreal.

I work in criminology. Every day, I see bad people, criminals, victims, lies, and secrets.

Sometimes I feel like my whole life is a crime scene. but in the end, they all have something in common.
