Summary

Ramees is a hot-headed young man from Kerala who believes strength means making others afraid of him. After losing a street fight, he enters a boxing gym and discovers a talent that could take him far beyond his small-town life. Under the guidance of veteran coach Basheer, Ramees transforms from an angry street fighter into a rising boxing champion. But success changes him. His confidence becomes arrogance, and his hunger to win slowly destroys the person he once was. Then he meets Aira — a woman who sees through his anger and forces him to confront the person behind the fighter. Everything changes after Ramees defeats a talented boxer, Arjun Rana, in a brutal championship final. Arjun suffers a devastating injury and eventually dies. Ramees carries the guilt in silence, while unknowingly falling in love with Arjun's younger sister, Aira. When Aira discovers the truth, their relationship collapses. Broken by guilt, Ramees walks away from boxing and begins rebuilding his life by teaching disadvantaged children. But years later, he discovers that Arjun's death may have been connected to a corrupt boxing organization that forced injured fighters into the ring. Led by powerful promoter Vikram Dev, the organization has exploited fighters for years — and Arjun may have been trying to expose it before his final fight. Ramees and Aira reunite, not simply as lover

Chapter 1-The boy who didcare

CHAPTER 1 — THE BOY WHO DIDN'T CARE

Ramees is 22.

He isn't a bad person.

But he isn't a good person either.

He lives with his mother and younger sister in a modest house.

He works different small jobs and spends most of his free time with his friends.

He has a temper.

If someone insults him, he fights.

If someone challenges him, he accepts.

If someone tells him he's wrong, he doesn't listen.

His mother constantly tells him:

"Strength isn't about how many people you can defeat."

Ramees laughs.

"Then what is strength?"

She answers:

"Knowing when not to fight."

He doesn't understand.

Not yet.
