Summary

When the King of Eldoria dies, leaving the throne unprotected, Alkanos, Cordelia, and Volsair set off to find The Sword of the Rightful Heir. Attempting to restore peace between the humans and the non-humans. That is before full on war breaks out. The clock is ticking before darkness falls on the kingdom. Will they make it back in time? Prologue

Down a corridor of the Palace of the Eldorian Capital city, there is a line of stained glass windows. Each window depicts a scene of the nation’s history.

As per the Eldorian Historical Association’s agenda, a historical interpreter tells the story. This time, telling the story is not the usual interpreter.

~~~
The Kingdom of Eldoria was at war with the Dragon Kingdom.
That is, until that fateful day when the Eldorian Prince Marco met the Dragon Queen, who was in Human form at the time.
The Pax Draconis (The Peace of Dragons) was sealed with their marriage.
The war that had lasted for over a hundred years was over!
During the following two years, peace reigned.
Prince Marco was crowned King, and the Queen gave birth to a son. She died soon after naming him Alkanos.
To maintain the peace, Alkanos went to stay with his Dragon Relatives until he was old enough to assume the throne.
Only after he could pull The Sword of the Rightful King from a boulder of solid Quartzite, could the prince be crowned.
Until then, King Marco reigned, and peace between the two kingdoms persisted.
“Hey! Where’re you going?! I’m not done!” The narrator shouted. There was a slight pause before he continued. “Down here!”
The tourist looked down to see a talking, male calico cat. He had three thin scar lines across the bridge of his nose. His piercing blue eyes matched his collar. Engraved on his collar tag was: Henri, Palace Mouser.
“Yes, ’tis I, your dashing narrator,” Henri said, “Now, as I was saying...Taking the throne, that’s another thing altogeth-”
“Especially when dealing with relatives,” Said a female Tortoiseshell cat with bright green eyes, walking to Henri. Engraved on her collar tag was: Kaypi, Palace Mouser. When she got to him, she sat on the flagstone flooring. “Leading a tour group?”
“Naturally. If there are listeners, then I will tell the story to whoever will listen.”
Kritta_820: I enjoyed the storyline immensely and felt that it devolved from the average "small puny female wolf finds a royal mate." Sometimes the jumps between scenes and plots jumped ahead a little too far for my taste. For example when MC heard the update about her first mate the book suddenly changed to th...
Werewolf Hollow [GALATEA DATE TBA]
hazel_walker: Okay, this chapter was WILD 😭 The whole werewolf system, the FBIDWC, the discrimination, and the fact that Sylvia has been keeping Collin and Dylan’s situation a secret all came together so well. I especially loved the school chaos and Sylvia immediately going into protective-mom mode. And that end...
