The Lumenridge Sound Lounge

In the neon‑soaked City of Lumenridge, where cosmic lights shimmer across every rooftop, sits a music café unlike any other: The Lumenridge Sound Lounge. Part hangout spot, part open‑mic venue, part cosmic anomaly - it's where resonance hums in the walls and the drinks glow softly under holographic projectors.

Four teens with a keen eye for the strange and the supernatural work the evening shift, each bringing their own spark to the Lounge's cosmic energy:

Lily Connell - Night Manager

A young woman who leads the crew with a blend of sweetness and fierce determination. She runs the evening shows, handles bookings, and somehow keeps the Lounge from collapsing into chaos whenever the resonance lights flicker. Her voice carries a strange emotional frequency that seems to make the holograms pulse.

Roxie Sparks - Mixer & Soundboard Operator

A mixing expert both behind the café counter and behind a turntable. She crafts cosmic drinks with the same precision she uses to mix beats, controlling the Lounge's holographic projectors and music system. When the resonance glitches, she's usually the first to notice.

Jax Vandal - Stage Crew & Self‑Appointed Comedian

The muscle of the crew, hauling amps, fixing cables, and keeping the equipment running. His sarcastic quips echo through the Lounge almost as loudly as his drumming during open‑mic nights. He claims he's "just here for the free drinks," but he's the heartbeat of the team.

Valerie "Val" Vance - Barista & Toppings Artist

The newest recruit, quiet but observant, running the drink bar with a detail‑oriented touch. She layers flavors the way she layers basslines - carefully, thoughtfully, with cosmic precision. Her calm presence grounds the team when the Lounge's resonance starts acting strange.

Together, they dream of forming a band - a group whose music could match the cosmic pulse of Lumenridge itself. And in a place where holograms flicker, drinks glow, and resonance hums through every speaker, their dream might be more powerful (and more dangerous) than they realize.

Kritta_820: I enjoyed the storyline immensely and felt that it devolved from the average "small puny female wolf finds a royal mate." Sometimes the jumps between scenes and plots jumped ahead a little too far for my taste. For example when MC heard the update about her first mate the book suddenly changed to th...

Maggie Varnum: Like that it was fast paced and suspenseful...loved the romance up ended a little to fast ...would have been better if there was a Luna ceremony chapter and a birth of son with name chapter with Cole as a dramatic dad in the delivery scene .... Overall I enjoyed it very much!

Cynical Optimist : You can never go wrong with a B. E. Harmel story. The plot is intriguing and the protagonists are mature and sensible.I was a little disappointed with the stylized writing. I honestly did not love Dev, he had no character growth and no arc I just didnt like who he is as a person and that made it hard to keep going about half way through. Without Jaspers ...
