WHY DO WE LIVE WITHOUT LOVE?

All Rights Reserved ©

Summary

What happens when success cannot fill the emptiness within us, fear destroys the love we long for, and someone we love becomes a memory? Adam has a successful career but feels emotionally incomplete. He must learn that a meaningful life requires more than achievement; it requires honesty, vulnerability, and genuine human connection. Salim hides his fears behind pride and silence. When his inability to express his feelings costs him the woman he loves, he must face the painful truth that some words come too late and some opportunities never return. Layan is learning to live with the memory of a love she lost. As she faces grief and the possibility of a new beginning, she must discover whether the heart can embrace the future without betraying the past. Three lives. Three forms of loneliness. One universal question. Through their intertwined journeys, this philosophical and emotional novel explores love, regret, loss, healing, and the courage to begin again. Not every broken heart is repaired, and not every lost love returns. But even when life does not unfold as we hoped, meaning, connection, and hope may still be found. Perhaps the real question is not why we live without love, but how we continue living when love changes, disappears, or takes a form we never expected.

AS: The writing here is clean, polished, and flows so naturally that it was a real pleasure to read.Isla is a great protagonist. Her self-deprecating humor made her feel real (the squirrel's tail and the upside-down trees in the epilogue had me laughing), and her skills as a healer and her growth into h...

Generally I love the stories where there is love interaction between the characters but in this one without any explicit love scenes or even the explicit feelings,it really captured the attention well.
