Prologues

The cool breeze of wind and the afternoon sun streaming through the third-floor classroom window of Bom-Sae High School were actually pretty warm, but it didn't bother Sasha half as much as the noises.

As Sasha was relaxing her mind, the heavy thud against the teacher's podium, followed by the clatter of desks being violently pushed aside, caught her attention. Sasha glanced over and saw Ji-Hoon (the poor quiet guy) getting pushed back by Min-Woo's group, also known as the biggest bully in the school and Min-Woo is the leader, obviously. Ji-Hoon was on the floor, his uniform jacket torn and covered in chalk dust. Standing over him was Min-Woo, pulling Ji-Hoon by the collar like an executioner ready to finish the job.

Around them, twenty-five other students sat frozen at their desks. Nobody moved. Nobody breathed. Everyone stared at their shoes, pretending they couldn't see it, and some other pulling out their phone to record the scene like it's an entertaining, funny show for them to laugh at.

Sasha's eyes narrowed in annoyance and irritation by the whole scene playing out. she sigh, it's loud enough in the dead-silent room. A few heads snapped toward the back row. Min-woo was still gripping Ji-Hoon's collar as he turned his head towards Sasha, his eyes narrowing.

"Who the hell are you? tryna end up like him too huh?" he smirked as he said that.

Sasha simply gave an uninterested look before she leaned back against the glass window and moved her gaze back out the window. Due to Sasha's dismissive act, the classroom was suffocatingly tense. It was the first time anyone ever ignored Min-Woo. Let alone a girl...

Min-Woo got more irritated as he clicked his tongue and focused back on Ji-Hoon, who was all bruised, trembling and completely abandoned by everyone else in that damn room. Sasha glanced back over, something in her just clicked.

"I ain't no superhero, i don't have a tragic backstory, and surely i didn't move all the way to South Korea just to play the vigilante. I'm just a student who prefers a quiet life...but i also hate people who think they can crush others just because they can" Sasha thought to herself as she observed how Min-Woo mocked and pushed Ji-Hoon around.

Sasha wasn't that good at keeping her mouth or temper down when she's really annoyed.

"fucking disgusting" she spat out. Everyone got surprised and some even gasped as they covered their mouth. Students who got their phones out moved their camera towards Sasha. Min-Woo glared at her.

"What the fuck did you just say?" he spoke in a low, cold tone.

"fucking disgusting. Do I need to spell it out for you?" Sasha replied back. Ji-Hoon, on the other hand, looked at Sasha like she was insane. Min-Woo then laughed before he shoved Ji-Hoon back. His back hit the brick wall hard, he gasped in pain, but Min-Woo didn't give a damn. Nobody is.

Min-Woo walked towards Sasha's desk, towering over her.

"Ah shit..it is what it is.." Sasha thought in her head as she looked back up at Min-Woo, unfazed by his cold glare and the whole gaze of the classroom, as well as the cameras around them.
