Conto de Jatobá

All Rights Reserved ©

Summary

cintila.

Seu cabelo cacheado

não se valoriza igual à cultura

negra.

À noite, se arrumava.

De manhã, na casa do senhor,

trabalhava.

Ao cair da noite, a cidade

se encaminhava.

Em suas lástimas,

rezava.

Pedia a santo, pedia a

Orixá, pedia a Jesus, pedia a Oxalá

para a sua história se

encerrar, pedindo até a cidade chegar.

Graxa, graxa, graxa.

Na cidade trabalhava.

Quando amanhã chegava,

O trabalho parava,

para o dono e sua casa

voltava.

O dinheiro contava,

mas quase tudo entregava.

PARIS IN THE DARK

Hester: Very good, was short too the point , not lingering on the abuse, pity you didn’t let him step in earlier knowing the abuse was happening, but this is almost real for some women who have gone through it, just wish they could all have a princess at te end of thete tunnel
