Summary

The story can tell what we already know, unless we find the pages written with the invisible ink. My first collection of my writings, hope you enjoy while reading. Sincerely, Mare A. Grey

Isn’t it, lovely?

Candle flickering, isn’t it lovely

Pacing around like a ghost

Once it was legendary

Until seconds crumbled up

Flashing yellow lights

Fading colors in faces

How well you know me

To leave with the weight of guilt

Offered the beauty of love

Wild and free upon the weakest joy

Throw it on the altar

Suddenly I here the ringing

What could’ve been?

Should’ve been

And the sleep crumbled every night

Help signs hidden in nightmare

Plain sight, watch the view of mare

And the thought of leaving it all behind?

Hold onto you like a match

Catching its fire

Only to die

One more time

Happens all the time

Aim for the low

Twist the plotline

Change what it’s for

A moment of light

Under the moon

Used to be blue

Mirror I broke, cut us

Now we bleed

Like it was a garden full of thorns

More like the fight before

Soul leaving the body

Give me the keys

Open the gates of heaven

Close the doors of hell

Fresh air given, for once

As I abandon the light

I hold on tight to you

The dreams that are all in my mind?

Chance of reality

Seen as holy

Never heard of my crying for help

Was it a sign all along I gave

Give me the keys of my depth

I threw in the water, once

Now all I see is the prayers

I said for the second time

As the three times by my soul

Was said as the proof

Lightnings of

Midnight blue and scarlet red

My God, I ask you to give me a sign

As you leave me clueless

And tell me it will be all right

I say may never another soul

Be the one, when I’m the only one

The soul pacing around of another

Couldn’t touch what I crave for

How long did you think

We could pull of another?

Than rather each other

If I’m not the one

Let my name cross your mind

All the time, for every life

Every time the scent of lilac

Seems to be the statice

And now it’s our sign

For the first time

Souls met and complete

How romantic if the

Ghost is not pacing around

If the candle still flickers

And a weak yellow light

Filling the room

As the memories pass

For the end of the story

We are still waiting for it

Candle flickering, isn’t it lovely

Pacing around like a ghost
