Abondoned Building and the Terrifying Dream
Part 1: The Abandoned Building and the Terrifying Dream
In the middle of a peaceful city stood an abandoned hospital. Twenty-five years earlier, it had been a busy,
functioning hospital. Now, however, it was half-collapsed and overgrown, looking more like a frightening jungle.
Even during the day, its dreadful shadow stretched across the street. At night, it became even more terrifying, like a haunted house. People whispered that they could hear little children crying and other strange noises coming
from inside. Many thought these were only local legends, but once darkness fell, nobody dared even to walk along
that road
Julie, a thirty-one-year-old delivery rider, lived with her parents near the hospital. She had little peace at
home. Her mother often scolded her for working late and for having no clear direction in life. Her father usually
stayed out of their arguments.
One evening, after delivering an order, Julie stopped in front of the old hospital gatewithout even realising it. As she stared at the ruined building, an elderly woman passing by with vegetables
warned her, "Child, it's past five! Don't stand here any longer. Go home quickly. This place is dangerous and
cursed!" Julie left, but the sight of the hospital stayed in her mind.
That night, after another argument with her mother, Julie went to bed without even eating. She had a terrifying dream. She was standing inside the deserted
hospital
when a little girl who looked about six years old called, "Julie... Julie..." and beckoned to her.
Julie ran after the girl as fast as she could, but she could never catch up. At last, the child led her into a dark laboratory.
Suddenly, everything changed. Shadowy figures holding knives surrounded Julie. As they rushed towards her to attack,
she woke with a scream, trembling and drenched in sweat. Her parents hurried in after hearing her cries.
Weeping, Julie told them, "Someone is trying to kill me! They're attacking me in the laboratory!" They calmed her and helped her fall asleep again. But later, in the corridor, they spoke anxiously. "She must never learn the truth about what happened twenty-five years ago," her mother sobbed.
