At Sterling University, money bought you power, popularity made you untouchable.
And me? I’m Elena , I was the scholarship girl. I didn’t come to Sterling with designer clothes or expensive cars. I came with two suitcases and a scholarship letter folded neatly into a backpack.
As I stood outside one of the most prestigious university in the country, quietly admiring its breathtaking view. I heard a engine, as I turned my head I saw a motorcycle racing at me and I swear I could hear death calling my name, I closed my eyes and when I opened them I saw the motorcycle standing inches away from me.
The guy on the bike lifted his helmet, revealing his messy jet-black hair and a pair of piercing ice-blue eyes that locked onto mine. Then he spoke
"Are you crazy what are you doing in the middle of the road!” he said.
I was shocked. How could such a handsome guy act so arrogant
"Excuse me, are you seriously trying to blame this on me!” I shouted
"Next time look were you standing brat.”
"BRAT, you’re seriously calling me a brat.”
I don’t know what came over me, I just started kicking his bike like a mad person ” WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU CRAZY!” he shouted. but I didn’t stop. When I finally stopped he looked at me like I’d committed murder and laughed. ”Your going to regret this." then he just drove off.
I wasn’t going to let some rich mommies boy ruin my first day at a new university. So after that horrible encounter I picked up my suitcases and headed straight to the main building, hoping to forget about that arrogant rich jerk.
As soon as I reached my dorm room, a girl with the blond hair and designer sunglasses perched on her heard was sitting on a bed painting nail polish on her toes while reading a teen magazine. Like it 2016.
She looked up and noticed me standing in the doorway and examined me like was a statue
"Um...hi I’m Elena.” I said
“OMG, hey my name’s Maddison. I’m your roommate. I cant wait to get to know you, were gonna be like the best of friends.
After I unpacked. Maddison and I hit it instantly. So we decided to get coffee together. We laughed and and she told me that her parent are this really famous actors from Los Angeles. Then we went back to our dorm to get a good night rest for tomorrow.
