Chapter 1

THE WORLD

Long before the modern world existed, there were hidden kingdoms where magic flowed through bloodlines.

The villages were surrounded by ancient forests, crystal-clear rivers, mountains, enchanted flowers, and creatures that ordinary humans had never seen.

Some commanded fire .

Some controlled wind ,earth , lightning ,or shadows .

Others possessed rare abilities such as healing, communicating with animals, manipulating water, or controlling plants.

The people were divided into two roles within their society: powerful guardians and their gifted partners, traditionally called “boys.” The latter were known for their elegance, artistic abilities, and unusual magical talents.

Among all the supernatural beings, however, stood one creature above the rest.

A LYCAN .

And there was only one Lycan powerful enough to command the ancient clans.

His name was Liam .

Ha was a very handsome Twenty - two year old .

His abilities were extraordinary even by Lycan standards. Fire answered his emotions, but that was only the beginning. He could also manipulate other elements and possessed immense physical strength.

Despite his intimidating reputation, Liam had never cared about finding a mate.

Until he heard a voice behind a mask .

The Masked Dancer .

Music filled the enormous hall .

Lanterns floated beneath the ceiling like tiny moons while enchanted flowers opened along the walls.

Liam sat among the other powerful men, barely paying attention to the performances.

Then the music changed .

A lone dancer stepped into the stage .

The hall became silent .

The dancer wore flowing clothes that moved like water around him. A delicate veil covered the lower half of his face, and his skin glowed like pure snow ,the veil hid his identity.

Nobody knew his real name .

Everyone simply called him The Masked dancer .

He began to move .

Liam stopped breathing for a moment .

There was something different about him .

It wasn't simply his beauty .

It was the strange sensation that appeared inside Liam’s chest—the unmistakable feeling that he had somehow known this person before.

The dancer moved as though he belonged to the forest itself.

His movements were graceful, but there was strength hidden beneath them.

Liam couldn't look away .

When the performance ended, the dancer disappeared behind the curtains.

Liam stood .

His companions exchanged confused glances.

"Where are you going ? "

Liam didn't answer .

He followed .

THE PRIVATE ROOM .

The dancer had barely entered his room when he heard footsteps.

He turned .

Liam stood in the doorway .

The dancer froze .

“You shouldn’t be here,” he whispered.

Liam’s gaze remained fixed on him.

"What's your name ?"

The dancer hesitated .

Instead of answering, he reached for his veil.

Liam gently stopped him .

“I want to see your face.”

The dancer's heart raced .

After a moment, he allowed Liam to remove the veil.

Their eyes met .

something changed .

Neither of them understood it yet, but the Moon Goddess had already begun weaving their lives together.

Liam leaned closer and gave him a smooth, tendered kiss.

The dancer immediately became flustered .

Liam smiled .

"Run if you want ".

The dancer stared at him .

"But wherever you run...."

Liam's voice became quiet .

"...I'LL find you ."

The dancer fled the room .

Liam watched him disappear .

For the first time in his life, the most powerful man in the kingdom smiled because of someone else.

THE BOY BY THE STREAM .

The next morning, Liam discovered the dancer’s name.

ELIAN .

He searched for him throughout the village .

Eventually , the search led him into the forest .

Then he heard singing .

Liam stopped .

The voice came from the river .

He followed it .

Through the trees, he saw Elian standing in the shallow water.

The young man was surrounded by floating flowers.

Water moved around his hands as though it recognized him.

Elian sang softly while practicing his magic .

Liam remained hidden among the trees .

For once , he didn't want to interrupt .

He simply watched .

Elian suddenly laughed .

The sound made him smile .

Then elian began began dancing through the water .

Liam finally stepped out .

Elian turned .

"You again ".

Liam smiled .

"You remembered me ."

"I tried not to " .

"Did it work ?".

Elian looked away .

"No ".

Liam walked toward the river. Then Liam came in front of Elian and held his waist and wildly kissed him but this time Elian did not pull back or run away .

Instead he continued to kiss him .

They finally stopped and Liam told Elian that he wanted to take him somewhere .

Liam took Elian to his favorite place in the kingdom which was the white and red flower garden which was large and beautiful .

Elian looked at the place in amazement, Then Liam asked him whether he liked the place .

"It's wonderful ".

Liam said “The place was made especially for you ’’.

Elian was in shock that a place like this would be made for him .

Liam stopped at a flower and plucked it out of the ground and put it in between Elian’s ear .

Liam sat under a tree then , Elian finished wandering around the garden .

He sat on Liam’s lap and Liam rapped his hand over him and gave a thin smirk and they stared at the flowers and chatted for a while .

Their relationship began there—not because either of them understood the strange bond between them, but because neither could deny the connection growing between them.

ELIAN

Elian was eighteen and considered one of the most gifted young magical people in the region.

His primary abilities were:

Ice manipulation

Water manipulation

Healing

Nature magic

Archery

Advanced elemental sensing

But Elian possessed abilities even he didn’t fully understand.

Some of his powers had never awakened.

He was also secretly the prince of a neighboring village—a beautiful, peaceful kingdom ruled by his family.

His family loved him deeply.

His mother was the queen.

His father was the prince-king.

And his grandfather held the title of minor king.

Elian was adored by his people, but he preferred the forest to royal ceremonies.

He could spend hours beside a river with his bow, surrounded by animals and flowers.

Liam, meanwhile, was almost the complete opposite.

He belonged to fire.

Elian belonged to water and ice.

Fire and ice should have been enemies.

Instead, they became inseparable.

THE MOON GODDESS

Their bond eventually became impossible to ignore.

One night, beneath a full moon, the Moon Goddess appeared.

She revealed the truth.

Liam and Elian were mates.

Their souls had been connected long before they were born.

The revelation changed everything.

Their relationship developed from fascination into genuine love.

Liam became fiercely protective of Elian.

Elian became the one person capable of calming Liam’s temper.

Together, they eventually married.

Their wedding became one of the greatest celebrations the magical kingdoms had ever witnessed.

Fire illuminated the sky.

Ice flowers covered the palace gardens.

Water rose from the river and formed glowing arches above the guests.

For a brief period, they believed nothing could separate them.

They were wrong.

THE TRAGEDY

Years later, Elian became pregnant.

His magical abilities became unusually unstable, and his healing powers weakened.

During a devastating attack against his kingdom, Elian was targeted.

Liam arrived too late.

The tragedy destroyed something inside him.

He could no longer think about kingdoms, laws, or consequences.

He only knew that the person he loved most was gone.

His grief became rage.

The Lycan unleashed his power.

Villages fell.

Ancient magical barriers shattered.

The forests burned.

The kingdoms that had once celebrated their marriage became ruins.

Eventually, even the Moon Goddess could no longer watch the destruction continue.

She descended before Liam.

“You have destroyed the world because you could not accept losing him.”

Liam looked at her.

“Then give him back.”

The goddess could not undo death.

But she could give them another chance.

She sent their souls into the future.

THE MODERN WORLD

Hundreds of years later, magic was almost forgotten.

Cities had replaced kingdoms.

Companies had replaced royal courts.

Cars replaced enchanted horses.

And the ancient villages existed only in legends.

Elian was reborn.

He remembered nothing.

But strangely, he still loved nature.

He still possessed an unexplained connection with water.

He became famous for his extraordinary fashion sense and artistic talent.

People admired him.

Companies wanted him.

Ambassadors knew his name.

Yet despite his success, Elian constantly felt as though something was missing.

He sometimes dreamed about a man surrounded by fire.

He never saw the man’s face.

LIAM RETURNS

Liam was reborn too.

But unlike Elian, fragments of his previous life slowly returned.

The forests.

The wedding.

The fire.

The Moon Goddess.

And most importantly—

Elian.

Liam became the head of the most powerful group of companies in the country.

Then one day, a representative from a rival company arrived to negotiate a partnership.

Liam looked up from his desk.

The door opened.

Elian walked inside.

Liam froze.

Hundreds of years disappeared in a single heartbeat.

It was him.

The same eyes.

The same voice.

The same soul.

But Elian looked at Liam with polite confusion.

“Have we met before?”

Liam stared at him.

“No.”

He paused.

“Not in this life.”

Elian frowned.

Liam stood.

“I’ll agree to the partnership.”

Elian smiled.

“Thank you.”

“But I have one condition.”

“What condition?”

Liam’s expression softened.

“You will become my assistant.”

Elian stared at him.

“Why?”

Because Liam had spent another lifetime searching for him.

Because he had lost him once.

And because this time, Liam had no intention of letting fate take him away again.

He simply said:

“Because I think we’re going to be working together for a very long time.”

Elian smiled politely.

He had no idea that the man standing before him had once loved him enough to destroy an entire world.

And Liam had no idea that Elian’s forgotten memories were already beginning to awaken.

Somewhere beneath the modern city, ancient magic stirred.

The Moon Goddess had given them another chance.

But this time, they would have to discover each other without remembering who they had been.
