Welcome to When the Blossoms Fall, my little collection of microstories for Fluffvember 2026, hosted by the lovely Miraii (Hiraku_2021)!

This collection is a little more personal than you might expect. Most of the stories you’ll find here will be inspired by the precious moments I’ve shared with my husband: little gestures, unexpected conversations, heart-fluttering memories, silly encounters, and all the seemingly ordinary things that have made our love story special.

Now and then, I might also draw inspiration from people I’ve met along the way and moments I’ve witnessed or experienced with them. After all, inspiration has a funny way of finding us in the most unexpected places.

Each entry will be inspired by a daily prompt and told in 50 words or less. Some stories may make you smile, others might give you butterflies, and a few might tug at your heartstrings. Because love isn’t always about grand gestures. Sometimes, it’s found in the smallest moments we choose to remember.

Think of these stories as little petals scattered throughout the pages. Some may bloom into something sweet, while others may gently fall, leaving behind memories worth keeping.
