Chapter One: First Sight
I walked slowly down what looked like a dimly lit hospital corridor.
A light flickered and buzzed, causing me to jump and turn around.
"Kyle," I called out, looking around for my fiancé.
I continued to look around for him, looking through the windows on either side of the corridor, I could see that most of the beds seemed to be occupied by small children.
"Kyle," I continued to call out, I wasn't sure where he was. But he had been away a lot since he had started to pick up more roles and had started to become more popular around the world.
I reached the end of the corridor, and slowly pushed open the door marked 'Exit'.
"Rose! Rosetta!" I heard being called out from in front of me.
I looked up to see reporters outside, trying to get in, pushing their cameras and microphones towards me.
"Rose," Kyle said from behind me, grabbing my arm and then closing the door as he pulled me into his chest.
"You're here"
"Always" he whispered.
