"I honestly had no idea what I was getting into with this book and how DEEP it would really take you . But holy shit , this had my heart breaking fifteen different ways My heart absolutely shattered over and over for Tracey. And when she had to testify, Jesus take the wheel. I’m so happy she had Kaleb’s mom and Trevor. I’m so flipping happy she got her happy ending . It’s so sad to think there are really people in this world going thru this kind of abuse , and there’s really parents out there abusing their kids in sick ways 😭 This book really makes you feel grateful for the life you have because Tracey is a strong fucking person if even fictionally . Phenomenal read if you’re ready for it . "

A Heartwarming Tale of Resilience
"Author, you did your thing with this one! At first, I was unsure if I’d be able to get through with reading this due to my lack of comfort with the very disgusting yet realistic atrocities committed against the story’s main character. I even considered putting down the book once and for all after getting to a certain section of the text. But, in the end, I decided against doing that so I could obtain a better understanding of an experience I have no true understanding of. Thank you for giving a voice to victims of such injustices and showing your audience the various opportunities victims of sexual, physical, and domestic abuse are able to pursue regardless of their lived experiences. I look forward to reading more from you in the future. "
