"Wow... I believe this is the best of your work that I’ve read so far. I actually wrote a few thoughts earlier, but Inkitt unexpectedly logged me out before I could post them, so I’m writing this again. What I really appreciated about this story was how the story unfolds in a way that gives readers insight into the different relationships and perspectives. Adding the GSA element was particularly meaningful. It gave us another layer of understanding into Brandon’s character and showed how he was genuinely trying to make sense of his feelings and thoughts in a thoughtful way. I also really enjoyed the banter between Carla and Brandon. It felt natural, warm, and very real. You can feel how much they care for each other and how attuned they were to each other’s needs. Brandon comes across as such a thoughtful, smart young man, and Carla as a strong, principled, and independent mother who clearly cares deeply for her son. Well they both do I suppose. The way she keeps trying, showing up, supporting him, and navigating things alongside him, was a different take I wasn't expecting to connect with. Really moving to read. Keep it up! Amazing "

"I don't know where to start my critique! What would Freud think? So much psychology intertwined. And I especially like how research was brought into this story! This is the first story of incest I've ever read. Though I do not condone the act, I realize it exists. You either have one heck of a graphic imagination, or this story is based on actual fact, or maybe some of both. Meaning, this is 100% believable from a writer's (and reader's) point of view. This is high praise that I rarely offer! The struggles shown as a parent are evident. Carla falling into a submissive role felt natural with a son raised without his father, with his youthful voice of logic. The setup of the story is well constructed, and the graphic details of the sex game did not disappoint. I am a huge fan of this author, and look forward to reading more from the same! "
