I told myself I’d just read a little bit at a time but then I couldn’t stop. I binge-read because I had to know what happened next. She loads her belongings into her car, stops at a gas station to stock up on comfort junk food, and heads toward a secluded cabin in the woods. If there’s anything Millie needs right now, it’s peace, solitude, and a chance to heal. Unfortunately for Amelia, she won't be getting that chance to relax too quickly because Sawyer Darling, gorgeous, shirtless and ultimately too hot to handle has come to winterize the cabin's roof. The loud banging makes it impossible for Amelia to sleep. She gets out of bed to confront the handyman, and as Sawyer observes her wild red hair and sultry blue eyes, he thinks maybe he should visit this particular cabin at five in the morning more often. Author Constalli has a wonderful sense of humor and she had me grinning ear to ear as I read about the irrepressible Amelia and her efforts to 'punish' Sawyer, (for being so damn hot I'm guessing though of course Amelia would never admit this to herself. 😉) I also liked how the protagonist was actually a successful romance writer like myself (though Amelia is far more successful.) Stephen King once said, “Write what you know,” and Constalli makes excellent use of that advice. This is a fun, warm, and delightfully chaotic book, and I can’t wait to see how things will heat up between Amelia and Sawyer."

I highly recommend this adorably grumbly story to anyone who needs smiles and a big book hug. And a gorgeous guy on their roof. (I love the pacing. I love the feels. I love these characters.) I feel like it’s always a good idea to retreat to a cabin in the forest, to find ourselves and to find our heart happy. Yay Maine!"
