"This book was wonderful. I actually started reading it this morning at 3:00 a.m. and I just finished it after work. I loved the slow build of the story and I loved the characters. I would really love to see where the characters go next. This book was so good. "

"The slow burn is real & the mmc is one of the most compelling and complex I’ve read. Theres a plot reveal in the second half of the book that’s great. The plus size rep is also good without being overdone or cliche. I’ll be thinking about this one for a long time"

unique idea, interesting
"Really enjoying this so far. it's slow burn, so nothing feels rushed and the tension builds so naturally Dom stands out because he’s not the typical polished book bf, which makes him feel more unique and interesting. I’m also liking the side characters and how the suspense is slowly creeping in. Only small thing I noticed is that a lot of scenes happen in the bar setting, but the stakes vary per scene & since the story’s still early and ongoing I’m curious if that will expand later. Overall I’m really enjoying it so far."
