was blank, empty, and cold
There was nothing written
No trees, animals, or water
There is absolutely no one
Then the world started to
grow and gain new things
More and more was added
The world was beautiful
Full of flowers, animals, and life
We humans are the same
We start with nothing
And change through the years
There is one difference though
At birth we are a blank canvas
At death we aren’t yet finished
