The Unexpected

I woke up to the sound of my alarm. I rolled out of bed and stumbled to the bathroom. I looked in the mirror and realized I still have my makeup on. I looked back toward my pillow only to see that my red eye shadow and my black lipstick stuck to it.

"Shit." I said already having a bad day.

I walking out into the living room and I saw Tony. Tony is my roommate. Me and him have been best friends since elementary school.

"Hey Jen!" Tony said happily, "No offense but you look like shit."

"Thanks." I said sacasticly.

"What happened last night?" He asked.

"I went to the club." I said without hesitation.

"JEN! You're not of age. You can't go out to clubs and bars and act like you can do what you want." Tony said.

"Tonyyyyy. I'm almost 21 and I don't care." I said.

Tony sighed and started making us eggs. I was so tired from last night I was starting to wonder how I got home.

"Tony did you pick me up last night?" I asked

"No. I didn't even know where you were." He said "But who's David?"

"David is the guy I was talking to at the bar." I said after a couple of minutes.

"Maybe he took you home." Tony said taking a sip of his coffee.

"Yeah but wait how do you know David?" I asked kind of concerned.

"He would not stop calling your phone." He said rolling his eyes.

I just laughed. I grabbed my phone, only to see that Tony was right. I had 12 missed calls and 43 unread text messages. I scrolled through them until something caught my eye.

//wanna come over to my place later?;)// one text said.

I immediately texted him back.

//Of course see ya!// I texted.

I didn't know what time so I just decided i'll surprise him. I went back to the bathroom to scrube the last nights makeup off and jump into the shower.

I looked at the time and realized it's 6:45pm. I decided i'm going to head over to David's house. I sent him a text and you sent me the address. I started driving over there and when I arrived at his house I sat in my car for a minute.

I put on my lipstick and eyeshadow and started making my way towards the front door. When he opened up I was stunded to see him standing there shirtless with nothing but jeans on and a pair of handcuffs in his hands.
