Chapter 1
I woke up, almost ammidiently I was mad. ′ ′ no way I just fell asleep trying to binge watch death note... AGAIN ′ ′ I said, unplugging my laptop and opening the lid. As I was about to unpause the tv show my room began to spin. ′ ′ WHAT THE FUCK- ′ ′ I screamed, holding onto my bed for what seemed like eternity, as I watched my room slowly spin faster and faster. The walls started caving in, I ammidiently hid under my bed. I bright light shined in my face, AM I DEAD- I thought, but then I saw that it was the death note episode that I was going to unpause before... let’s just say... all of THIS. I quickly grabbed it and accidentally unpaused it, ammidiently everything went black.
′ ′ what the hell- ′ ′ I opened my eyes, I was laying in my bed, except... ′ ′ WHERE IS ALL MY DESTH NOTE STUFF ′ ′ I gasped, looking around to see absolutely NONE of my death note figurines, key chains, paintings, posters, none. ′ ′ ah shit, did someone steal them?! ′ ′ I am indie toy grabbed my phone, making sure at least my background was still ok... ′ ′ few... at least my phone background is still ok ′ ′ I said, reaching in my pocket to see if I still had my car keys on me.
′ ′ and I don’t have my fucking keys either! How the fuck am I supposed to go anywhere?! ′ ′ I said, looking up to the ceiling. why god, why! I thought. ′ ′ Ichika, you’re gonna be late for school! ′ ′ My mother said, infuriated. ′ ′ Sorry! ′ ′ I said, rushing to put on my uniform. ′ ′ why does my uniform look like this... oh well ′ ′ I said, grabbing my phone. I rushed out of my room and out of the front door, ′ ′ wait a minute... I don- ′ ′ As I was about to say something someone interrupted me. ′ ′ Hello, call me yua. I am the one who teleported you here, if you have any questions ask me. ′ ′ A mysterious voice said, I looked around, thinking this was a joke, but I couldn’t see anyone.
′ ′ alright, how did I get here? ′ ′ I asked, ′ ′ I had teleported you here ′ ′ Alright, that’s one question down. ′ ′ where am I? ′ ′ I asked, ′ ′ you are in the world of death note ′ ′ In what?! No way, well at least I already watched death note like a thousand times ′ ′ what is my full name in this world ′ ′ I asked, ′ ′ it is Ichika Sara Beimau ′ ′ now for the final question, the most important question of all... ′ ′ can you please tell me the directions to my school? And do I go to the same school as Light Yagami? ′ ′ I asked, ′ ′ Yes, you do go to the same school of Loght Yagami, and I can give you directions to your school’ ′
Alright. Great. Totally not freaked out. ′ ′ thank you ′ ′ As I began walking Yua told me where to go and which turns to make. Only after a few turns I arrived at my school, ′ ′ goodbye, Kat ′ ′ I wave bye to Yua, the headed inside of the school. ′ ′ I swear to god if I have the same class as him ′ ′ I mumbled under my breathe, oh wait. I don’t know which classroom to go to- ′ ′ Yua, what classroom do I go to? ′ ′ I mumble, hoping no one hears me.
′ ′ Classroom ***-*******, no one can hear me except for you, so don’t worry. ′ ′ phew, for a moment I thought I was going to be caught. Wait a minute... did the anime specify what classroom light goes to? If so, I forgot- Anyways I should get going now, I might get in trouble if I am late. Wait, am I a new student or no, well i guess I will find out in a second. ′ ′ hello class, today we have a new student. ′ ′ The teacher said when he saw me.
/ Light’s POV/ ( ** means thinking)
** “Hm, a new student?” **
I looked up to see a dirty blonde haired girl walk in. She had suck long curly hair, quite unusual for someone from here.
/ My POV /
I gave an obvious fake smile, walking up to the front of the class. ′ ′ Please do introduce yourself ′ ′ the teacher said, nodding. ′ ′ hello, I am Ichika Sara Beimau... I hope we al get along well ′ ′ I said, forcing my self to make my smile widen. ** “well that is embarrassing, I feel like my full name is embarrassing to, it feels... unusual. The class starred at me as I took as seat next to... Light yagami!? ** “no way! I do not want to get involved with any of the main characters in this anime, it could be dangerous! ” **
I set my bag down, grabbing my notebook and a pencil.
/ Light POV /
** ” such a unique and interesting name... Ichika Sara Beimau... oh wait, she’s going to sit next to me? ” **
/ my POV /
To be honest, I’d rather meet L than Light, he is crazy when eating potato chips, I giggle to myself, glancing at Light. I’m GoInG tO eAt ThIs PoTaTo ChIp AnD... eAt It! That was one of his most famous lines, but also a funny one. I tried not to laugh as it thought of how aggressive he had to say it. I’m pretty sure Light noticed my giggle from earlier, as he gave me a glance that says * what is this girl thinking? * I mean, maybe it’s not bad that he thinks I’m wierd... or maybe not, I dont know.
′ ′ Alright class, you all are dismissed ′ ′ I sighed, I didn’t take any notes, and I was probably going to skip the rest of school to be honest... ′ ′ hey, I’m Light, how about you? ′ ′ Light said, giving me a smile. Nope, not today. I ain’t giving you my name, especially YOU. LIGHT. I quickly turned around and causally speed walked out of the school. Didn’t even bother to say bye to Light.
/ Lights POV /
′ ′ hey, I’m Light, How about you ′ ′ I said, hoping I could get this girls name.
** ” wait what- ” **
The girl I had tried to talk to.... Ran away?! My jaw dropped in confusion. I’ve just been ditched. Great.
/ My POV /
I’m pretty sure I left Light dumbfounded, his jaw probably dropped all the way to the ground. I giggled at the thought of it, especially in that one funny anime style, it would be hilarious! ′ ′ yua, give me the directions to my house ′ ′ I said, smiling, hoping yua could see it, ′ ′ of course ′ ′ ya said, taking me down a alley way like before. I closed my eyes for a second when- CRASH. I Definitely ran into someone... ′ ′ oh my god, I’m so sorry! I wasn’t looking! ′ ′ I quickly said, getting off of the ground and opening my eyes. Oh... it’s light...
′ ′ it’s alright, may I ask you why you are here? ′ ′ he said, looking confused. ′ ′ I- uhm... I was going to go to my house ′ ′ I said, rubbing the back of my head. ′ ′ could I walk with you? ′ ′ Light asked. No way. Nuh uh. You gonna kill me or some shit, I swear to god. ′ ′ of course, I never liked to go down this dark alley way alone anyway ′ ′ I smile... more like fake smile. ′ ′ May I ask your name ′ ′ goddammit not again... fine. ′ ′ my name ichika ′ ′ I said, trying to listen to ya over light.
′ ′ right, your the new girl from school right ′ ′ I nod my head, I’m to lazy to say anything. At this point I just want to go home and go back to my ACTUAL HOME. ′ ′ oh what a coincidence, I live right next to you! ′ ′ he smiled, pointing at the house directly beside mine. Oh great, now I have to deal with light EVERY day... uhg. Why can’t I just be a background character! ′ ′ yes it is, but I must get going now.. ′ ′ I quickly hurried inside of my home, hanging my bag up and storming into my room. I hit my pillow a couple of time before deciding to take a nap.
