Chapter 1-Bella Nxy
Bella pov
Beep! Beep!
I groan at the noise of my alarm clock that’s been flaring in my ears to tell me to get my ass up out of bed, like why my bed is comfy to sleep on but sadly I need money so work.
I get up in a sitting position as stretch my body while I done that, I move the blanket away as I get up and ready for the day to become a fashion designer after all I’m a university student studying in Fashion institute of technology, one of the tops in New York.
As I got myself ready while I ate breakfast something simple as I get my bag and my car keys to get ready to leave my apartment. I made way towards my car I get inside to drive through the similar roads as I made way to the university as I park my car and get my bag to get out as I saw two of my best friends waiting for me. I lock car as I made way towards my friends as I wave at them saying “Hey guys!”
“Hey Bells!” said Jesse, who has blonde hair and olive eyes as she was wearing wide leg jeans with blue crop top as she has hoop earrings on along with boots.
“Yo Ella Bella! Haha those rhymes.” Reply Lexi, who black hair with red bandana on and green eyes as she was wearing flared shorts and green kaftan top along with converse trainers and sliver chain bracelet around her wrist.
“Seriously Lex…” I reply back as I rise my eyebrow at Lexi new nicknames, yes Lexi loves giving nicknames to people she likes which myself and Jesse doesn’t know why and we all know each other since in our senior year in high school.
“I have to agree with Bells here, Lex you should try to keep only once nickname.” Responded Jesse as we walk inside the building, our class didn’t start yet since we came a bit earlier than the rest.
“Huh oh come guysss my nicknames are the best and you guys know it.” State Lexi as Lexi added “Besides Bella your name is short to think of a nickname.”
“But your name is shorter than mine Lex.” I declare back to Lexi.
“I guess you have a point there.” Lexi supposes as we laugh together as we were sitting down in our usual bench waiting for our class to start.
“Do you guys think we get to do some interesting project?” utter Jesse.
Lexi comment “Yeah, I think so, after all we get to design our own clothes. But me and you Jess know that Bell loves making clothes whenever she starts creating.”
Jesse nodded her head agree with what Lexi just said as I voice out with a bit of dramatic tone “You guys are exaggerating.” I roll my eyes at them jokingly as we giggle.
Jesse sighs as myself and Lexi look at Jesse wondering why she sighs as I said “what wrong Jesse?”
Jesse reply “Well you guys know my boyfriend, Joshua right.”
Myself and Lexi both said at the same time “Yes!”
“What about him, Jess?” reply Lexi
“Well, remember on my anniversary with him.” Nervously said Jesse, as she has a blush on her face.
“Uh huh, yeah…” I and Lexi said together as we look at Jesse.
“Well, I’m engage.” Jesse mumbles quietly.
“Huh, say that again Jesse but a bit louder but not too loud.” I reply back.
Jesse nodded as she takes a deep breath and said with happy tone “I’m engage with Joshua.” With a smile on her face. As myself and Lexi look at each other then look back at Jesse, we repeat that a couple of times then smile at Jesse and jump up to her and we both said “OMG! CONGRATS GIRL!”
“Heh thanks...” Jesse smiles at us, happy to tell us the news.
“So, when the wedding, and are we invited and also Bell going make your wedding dress that’s for sure.” Excited Lexi.
I claim to Lexi “Since when even though I love too make you one Jesse.”
“We both plan that the wedding be at summer in Thailand. You sure Bells, I don’t want to put pressure on you.” Asked Jesse.
I clasp my hands together on Jesse hands with mine as I reply “My best friend, and I would love to make your wedding dress but I also want to be your bridesmaids that’s for sure.”
“HEY! I’m also you best friend too Bell!” commented Lexi.
Jesse and I laugh as I said “You both my best friends.” I smile at them as they return it.
Moving forward as they went to class but with different major as I head to inside to sit down, as I listen to teacher about different fashion and texture of clothing as the class get to try to draw for ideas and taking notes down, as class finished lesson for today but the teacher did say if you want to extend more or design so it won’t be a problem at all.
I decided to stay to design with fabric I chose from the notes I take and wanted to design a dress, but first food is the most priority as I get my stuff to head out of class but off course asked my teacher that I will stay to design something which the teacher agrees. I went out I saw my two best friends, I said “Hey ready to eat food.”
“Well off course who wouldn’t want food. Food is the best, food is life, food is amazing.” Announce Lexi as they walk to the cafeteria.
Jesse rolls her eyes at Lexi but has a smile on her face, knowing Lexi she’s always hungry during her major of journalist. For Jesse her major is performing arts- dance, even back in high school she was in dance club as for Lexi in newspaper club and for me well theatre club so I get ready their customs yeah good memories we had together.
Later on, as lunch finishes as I head back to the class as I saw some of people who decide to stay as I go to my spot to pick up the fabric I chosen as I start my work by using the help of the tools like measuring, needle, ironing and other things to make clothes. While my focus was on the outfit of the drawing I did I put it on the mannequin to see fully what it looks which I’m proud of the outcome of it, I then took a picture of it for my portfolio. I clean up the mess I made as I get the clothes, I made in the safe hanger to not to ruin it as I leave it in my closet that has my name on it. As I check around the room, I left the room to head to my apartment before I go shopping to buy food and other necessary things.
I drive through the groceries store to buy food as I pay for it as I carry the bag food I will make and other things as I put it in my car as I get inside to drive so I can sleep.
As I made it back to the apartment, put food in the fridge or cupboard and cleaning supplies as I done that, I change clothes as I go back and saw the fabric I bought in other day as I feel the fabric then I realise I need to buy a fabric to design a wedding dress for Jesse as I mentally made plan for it tomorrow. As I was thankful it’s the weekends, as I put my stuff down and draw another design for Jesse wedding dress. I yawn in my seat as I check the time to decide to go straight back to my comfy bed which I done my business in the bathroom. After I close the lights, I head back to my bed lay there as I close my eyes to sleep.
