I emerged from bed.

for it was bright as day and eleven at night.

I leapt from bed and went outside.
Frozen,
for the sight I saw was beyond comprehension.
Slowly,
you turned to reveal yourself.
Stunned,
for your beauty was that of my dreams.
Ecstatic,
for now we are not alone.
There,
standing with a long flowing white dress, wavy blonde hair and a smile so perfect.
Time,
an abstract notion, so fragile it can break with a single glance.
