I've read some decent stuff on the app but nothing so exciting to make me look forward to more books or a series, yet here I am. Good writing, flat plot
"The writing and vernacular of the author is all there, but the characters lack any kind of debate or relatability. There's more accounts of who is drinking what then of any plot. Lots of descriptions of emotions, but no real connection or build up for a reader to have feeling towards any characters or even feel anything towards the "events" that develop. I made myself finish in hopes there would be more character development but there's not. "
