The Duality

“Everyone has two sides: the exposed side that everyone sees and the hidden side that stays close to the heart and is only communicated through thoughts. This hidden side, known as the “Reath,” plays an important role in helping individuals make choices and decisions.

The organization known as DAB is researching ways to bring the Reath to the surface in order to help people avoid fraud and wrong individuals. They use hundreds of people as lab rats in their facilities, but due to failed experiments, they are in need of more test subjects.

The only successful experiment thus far has been to bring out the bad side of a good person. Unfortunately, once a good person reveals their bad and wrong desires, they instantly die. The research team has stopped attempting to bring out the good Reath and is now focused on a project called “E-Tox.”

Homeless, disabled, and abnormal people are taken on a monthly basis to be used as lab rats. There is no one to complain about their treatment, no one to ask about them, and no one to care about their well-being. This is a fact that no one knows about the facility or the experiments.

In the course of their experiments, the scientists made a breakthrough. The E-Tox, which extracts the bad side of a person, works even better when the person accepts it. One successful result was a peaceful, innocent, and helpful person who accepted the experiment and turned into a ruthless and powerful killer. It was because his subconsciousness had accepted his dark side and was willing to leave his good part. This person was named “Metal Skull” by the facility due to his unbreakable skin, which was nothing less than a body of steel.

Although Metal Skull wanted to stay alive and learn more about himself, he didn’t harm any members of the facility. However, outside the facility, he was nothing less than a bloodthirsty monster. This was a successful result, with unwanted side effects. The sponsors were happy, as the deal was to sell people to learn the reality of their hidden sides. However, now they could be sold to the mafia and used as a weapon.

Due to the high number of experiments, a variety of different evil people were created, each with its own unique evilness and side effects.

Some were driven by greed and had telekinetic abilities. Others had a lust for human bodies and would transform into monsters whenever they wanted, especially when intimating. Some were able to shape-shift and camouflage themselves due to their desires to con other people, whereas others were able to control electronic devices due to their car steeling and hacking skills. Finally, there was a group of magicians who were able to teleport themselves, leaving the smoke behind.

To control and manipulate these young evil individuals, the facility started a school to train them. It was discovered that the E-Tox enhances whatever evil is already present in a person. However, the successful results were limited as not many people could survive the E-Tox.

During the admission process for the school, a mistake was made, and a normal boy was admitted without being experimented on.

The boy was confused about what was happening, and in a world of bad and evil magic, he was the only one without any special abilities or a good heart.

Jack, a seemingly normal boy, found himself in a world of darkness and evil when he was accidentally admitted into a secret facility that conducts experiments on extracting the hidden desires of humans, called the Reath. The facility was known as the DAB, and it was focused on using the extracted Reath for malicious purposes.

Jack had a personal reason for being in the facility: his family was killed by one of the subjects of the facility known as “Metal Skull,” who was a successful result of their evil injection experiment. He was determined to find out why his family was killed and what led Metal Skull to commit such a heinous act. He wanted to fix Metal Skull, not kill him.

At first, Jack struggled to survive in the cruel environment of the facility, where the other students and staff saw him as weak and inferior. But, he refused to give up. He knew that he had a good heart and a strong will, and he was determined to use these qualities to make a difference in the world of evil in which he found himself.

Jack soon found an unlikely ally in the shadows, a mysterious figure who seemed to be always watching over him and helping him in every impossible and bullying situation. Jack never knew who this person was or how they were able to always be there for him, but he was grateful.

Jack knew that his ultimate goal was to get out of the facility as well as fix and free Metal skull and learn about his real intentions and the reason for his thoughts and behavior. He started devising a plan and gathering allies to help him.

Seeing the situation in the facility, he realized that his original intention of just fixing Metal Skull was not enough. He had to save everyone and expose the facility.

He began to reach out to the other subjects, using his intelligence and quick thinking to gain their trust and convince them to join his cause. A group of subjects with different powers, ranging from telekinesis to shape-shifting, soon joined him. They saw him as a leader, an evil genius with a superpower of smart, evil thinking.

But, the biggest challenge was to find a way to get rid of the collars that were placed around the subjects’ necks, which would kill them instantly if they attempted to leave the facility.

Jack and his group’s mission took a twisted and tragic turn when they failed to hack into the collars that were placed around the subjects’ necks. They had believed that they had successfully deactivated the collars remotely, but they were wrong. As they stepped out of the facility, their collars activated, and they were all killed instantly in front of Jack’s eyes.

Trapped inside the facility and left alone, Jack was filled with grief and remorse for not being able to save his friends and allies. He felt responsible for their deaths and knew that he had to make things right. But the DAB had other plans for him.

The henchmen ambushed Jack and took him to the doctor. The doctors were particularly interested in Jack, as they had never seen anyone with his level of resistance to their evil injection, the E-Tox.

They believed that he held the key to unlocking the full potential of the injection, and they were determined to make him take it by any means necessary.

Jack was subjected to brutal physical and psychological torture, but he refused to give in. He knew that taking the E-Tox would mean surrendering to the evil that the DAB represented, and he refused to let them win.

But, the doctors soon realized that there was one thing that could break Jack’s resistance: his family. They began to use holographic images of his family dying at the hands of Metal Skull to try and make him accept the E-Tox and feel the vengeance.

Jack was torn between his love for his family and his hatred for Metal Skull and the guilt he had for not being able to save them. The doctors used this to their advantage and exploited his emotions by showing him the images of his family’s death over and over again until he finally broke and agreed to take the E-Tox.

Jack quickly realized that he had made a grave mistake and that the E-Tox had not only unlocked the evil within him but also amplified it. He was consumed with a burning desire for revenge, and he knew that he had to take down the DAB, no matter what the cost.

But what he didn’t know, was that the DAB had a new plan for him, they wanted to use him as a weapon, a weapon that would not just be able to survive any attack but also kill anyone who would dare to go against them.

Jack had to find a way to control his powers and emotions before he became the very thing he had fought so hard to stop. He knew that the only way to stop the DAB was to sacrifice his own life, and he was willing to do whatever it took. But little did he know that there was another way, a way to redeem himself and free himself from the evil that consumed him. He had to find a way to reverse the effects of E-Tox, and that’s where his true journey began.

Taking Etox doesn’t only increase the rage, frustration and hatred in him but also the desire for vengeance for his family.

The moment he submitted himself, he was thrown in an arena where the Metal Skull was already waiting.

The huge audience was around the arena. It seemed nothing less than a big ring where multiple matches were taking place in multiple cells.

But Jack cared about nothing and went to give a punch to the Metal Skull. The Metal Skull instantly caught his fist and grabbed it. It proved that he had been in many fights in this arena and had fought almost every kind of reath with different powers.

There was a refree, but it wasn’t here to keep the fight fair but to learn the reath power.

Jack could see how the veins of his body were turning red with his anger. MS (Metal Skull) spoke, ” Are you trying to control it from inside? Because if you are, then it will kill you, and if you accept it, then it will kill only a part of you.”

It was a horrible situation, but to stay alive the Jack had to accept it.

He submitted himself to his anger and hatred, which exposed his powers.

He had shape-shifting power, but unlike shape shifter, he could turn into a beast, which was completely different from the lusty monsters.

With long fangs and sharp nails, hair grown on his whole body and a hyper sensitive tail with enhanced smell, eyesight, and hearing power, Jack was undefeatable.

As soon as the beast-Jack went forward to kill the Metal skull, he vanished, and the match was instantly stopped.

Jack turned back into human and felt different voices in his head.

(Who are those? Are those people on chairs around me, or is it my mind that is crowded now?

He fell down and got unconscious. The moment he woke up, he could see some people fighting each other. All had the same face, all had the face of Jack. One of them was exactly what he was turned into before : the beast Jack. There were 5 more of them, each had unique and different clothes.

One of them came to him and introduced others as the rivals of Jack. Jack couldn’t understand what was going on, so the other Jack helped him. He was wearing nothing but shorts. He called himself the flirty and mentioned that this is a big void in which there are 7 reaths now and only one chair exists.

Whoever gets to sit on the chair has a free will to do whatever he wants with the body.

This time, it felt like flirty is only one who is willing to help the og Jack to take control instead of the other 5.

So he helped him to get near the chair in a light. As soon as Jack sat on chair, he woke up in the lab where he was being analyzed for what he really is, as this was the first time DAB saw this beast.

The reath means what a person really feels, what are the true emotions, and what he desires to do.

To understand reath better, it’s important to understand the principles of personality.

There are three principles of personality.

1. Id

2. Ego

3. Super ego

->ID

To make it straightforward, it can be said that Id is the desire of a person. It usually reacts on pleasure and aggression.

Id is the only reason a person doesn’t only crave but also do harmful activities like smoking, drinking alcohol, bullying someone, and getting into fights without any reason instead of doing something productive.

It’s weird how a person can desire so much just from one principle of personality.

->Superego

It is more like a moral part of personality. It helps to learn about the consequences as well as what society says about it.

Anything a person does without its will or is forced to do by a society is happened due to superego.

Damn that’s why a person thinks so much before making any decisions.

->Ego

Ego is more like something in between. It helps in taking risks and finding something that helps to satisfy ID as well as get supported by society, religion, and family.

Now, the thing, according to DAB, the ego and superego is a lie. If a person has only id and it can be manipulated, then that’s the successful result and future of the world.

However, there are not many people left with good id these days. Everyone has something about someone, which is somehow not good. Maybe that’s why the E-tox project was more successful than the reath project.

That’s why the DAB has been trying to get reath (real emotions and true heart) out of a person and manipulate it according to their needs.

However, due to the superstrong ego and superego of a person, it ends up killing it when the experiment is done to pull out the reath.

Jack’s id ego and superego got divided into multiple parts. It’s possible that it is because he accepted it with strong id as well as superego. However, his ego didn’t want the same. That’s what pulled out every part of his personality and allowed him to access whatever he wanted exactly whenever he wanted.

Seeing his parts and listening to their quarrels makes it clear that the mind and heart can never walk on the same path. But how will he deal with everything around him as well as everything inside him?

The heart of Jack was crushed, and all hope was gone. His id was manipulated, and all he wanted to do was destroy everything in his path and kill everyone.

A person descends into darkness when they lose their will. It was so painful for Jack to see the death of his family again and again that he willingly gave his body to the beast.

No one was there to hold him back. The destruction of his mind and heart was so bad that when he saw the Metal Skull in the Fight Arena, he was overcome by the beast and let it take over.

There was so much noise that he couldn’t hear the voice inside him. The blood thirst became so high that the Metal Skull would have been dead if the metal skull hadn’t vanished.

The aggression and hatred were so intense that he couldn’t bear it and fell unconscious on the floor.

When he woke up, he was in a lab where he was being tested. He tried to get up but learned his hands were tied, and he couldn’t speak due to tape on his mouth. He tried to scream for help, but he couldn’t.

Suddenly, he heard a voice saying, “Give me the chair.” It was the voice no one else could hear. It said again, “Give me the chair.”

This time, Jack tried to ask, “Who are you?” To which the reply was,“Alvis, now give me the chair.”

Jack didn’t understand what he was supposed to do. Everything was so confusing. All he did was close his eyes and say, “Alvis! Up!”

The sudden change in his body was not significant, but it was enough to weaken him to the point where he could free himself. There was screaming in his head, asking for the chair. But Alvis (Jack) just took out the syringes and stuck them into the doctor’s eyes.

Other doctors were afraid that he would turn back into a beast, so they called the guards. But here, Alvis also got to work. As soon as the guards entered the lab, the trap was triggered, and the guards were soaked in acid.

He could hear the real Jack screaming inside, begging him not to do such things and not to kill anyone. In response, Alvis said loudly, “Relax! They are alive, just with some marks.”

It could be seen that Alvis was nothing less than a smart engineer. He was able to build an acidic bomb with the very few chemicals available and also set up a trap to trigger it on anyone who opened the door.

His IQ and intelligence were next level, and his walking style showed how proud he was of his ideas, calculations, and execution.

Alvis knew he had only moments to arm himself. With no traditional weapons in sight, he turned to the lab equipment around him. He grabbed a test tube, a rubber stopper, a flask filled with water, and a handful of sodium tablets. His ammunition? Small copper balls, dense enough to cause serious damage.

To create his makeshift gun, he placed a copper ball inside the test tube, ensuring it rested at the closed end. Then, he positioned the test tube inside the neck of the water-filled flask, forming a tight seal. The key to firing it lay in a simple chemical reaction—sodium’s violent reaction with water. He balanced a sodium tablet on the edge of the flask, just above the water’s surface. The moment it dropped in, it would trigger an explosion powerful enough to propel the copper ball forward.

As he prepared to make his move, he heard footsteps approaching. Without hesitation, he flicked the sodium tablet into the water. The reaction was instant—sodium and water collided, creating a surge of hydrogen gas and heat. Pressure built up in the sealed flask within a fraction of a second, and then—boom! The copper ball shot out of the test tube like a bullet, straight into the eye socket of the first guard through the door. The man collapsed with a scream, clutching his face as blood poured between his fingers.

Alvis didn’t wait. He quickly reset the device, using the chaos to grab another sodium tablet. Another flick, another explosion—this time, the projectile found its target lower, shattering a kneecap. The man crumpled, howling in agony. With every shot, he adjusted his aim, exploiting the crude but deadly power of his chemical weapon. It wasn’t a conventional firearm, but it was just as lethal in the right hands.

This way, he destroyed many eyes and testicles while getting out of the facility. It could be seen that he didn’t have much stamina. His weak body was unable to manage so much energy that he was using while walking and shooting.

He managed to get out of the facility, hack an electric car, and escape. After a chase and some perfect calculations, he was able to lose the henchmen of DAB and get at a safe location where he couldn’t be found.

As he was driving, the original Jack regained control of his body. As soon as he did, he stepped out of the car and vomited. He felt disgusted by what he had done and screamed at Alvis, who he could see in the glass of the car wearing fancy glasses.

Alvis said, “You wouldn’t have survived if it wasn’t for me, and I am only a part of you. You shouldn’t be so mad at me. Other than that, you should know that if it was beast-Jack who took over, he would have said goodbye to freedom forever, as they were planning to capture him at the same moment he transformed. They had all the preparations for him, but not for me.”

“Why did you hurt them so badly? Who allowed you to do it? You are just a part of me,” Jack said.

“Am I the only one? Or maybe you are also a part of the real one? Maybe we are all part of him? maybe we all together make the real him, who doesn’t exist anymore,” Alvis replied.

Jack was shocked and doubted the existence, which one is he then, and what others are there, it’s only 2 of them who are out yet, and there is blood shed already.

How is Jack going to control it, and what other part of him are there?

Sitting in darkness, Jack was worried about what was happening and doubting his existence. There were so many voices asking for the chair, and it was still unknown which voice was strong enough to fight evilness.

Jack was losing balance, unable to decide what to do, whether to go back and let the others handle it or stay and keep them away from hurting others.

While Jack was fighting his inner demons, someone put their hand on his shoulder. She was a pretty, beautiful young woman. Jack got afraid and looked at her. Looking at her caused Jack’s heart to race, and she gave him the strength to stay put and keep the others in.

However, at the same moment that Jack’s heartbeat rose, he heard abusive and dirty language about his body. Jack recognized the way of talking as flirty, who had helped Jack to get on the chair in the first place.

The girl asked, “Are you okay? What are you doing here? Do you need any help?”

While she was asking about Jack, the flirty was speaking to Jack in his mind, “Damn! What a hottie. Give me the chair if you are looking to get her in bed.”

Jack couldn’t bear it and said angrily, “Shut up! You are not allowed to speak like that.”

The girl got nervous, “Sorry, did I mention something wrong? I was just trying to help.”

Meanwhile, the taunting voice continued to belittle and insult Jack, exploiting his weaknesses and challenging his masculinity.

“Look at yourself. How pathetic you look. Taking help and sympathy from a girl. Will you ever be a man and tell her how strong you can be?

Nooooo, you are too weak to do that. I can feel your hands trembling since she touched you on your shoulder. I can do that to her. I can make her fall for you. All you have to do is just give me the f*cking chair.”

Jack couldn’t bear it anymore, but he still managed to speak, “I’m hungry. I haven’t eaten for some time.”

“Pathetic human,” Flirty said.

Jack’s eyes felt innocent to the girl. She thought she could help him, as there was no more humanity left there because of unusual killings done by E-Tox infected Reaths.

She offered him to walk with her to her home and eat there. Flirty got excited by hearing that they were going to her home, thinking about all the dirty stuff he could be doing to her. At the same time, Jack was proceeding because he felt the strength with her. He could feel himself holding the chair more tightly.

While walking down to her house, Jack asked, “What is your name? Do you live alone?”

The girl replied, “I am Aponi. I live down the hill with my grandparents, and you are?”

Jack replied, “Aponi! Nice name. My name is Jack, and I don’t have anywhere to live.”

Aponi felt bad for him, and they kept walking in silence. After some time, Jack asked, “What happened to your parents?”

It can be seen that there is disappointment and anger on Aponi’s face, She replied “There are some monsters being created recently. They happened”

It was obvious that a Reath like Metal Skull had killed them. It could be felt that there was pure hatred and anger for every kind of Reath in Aponi’s heart. Jack couldn’t reveal that he was also a Reath, because of the risk of losing her along with losing his strength.

The flirty was laughing inside while all that, as he knew all he needed was a moment to mention that he was a Reath.

There is a rule of life that you have to pay a price for every good thing you get and get a bonus for every bad thing you suffer.

Jack was in such a condition, he had to keep his mouth shut and avoid raising the topic so he don’t have to lie, while he also have to maintain his strength and keep in control.

Aponi and Jack arrived at her grandparents’ house. They welcomed Jack and offered him some food. Jack was hesitant at first, but he was so hungry that he couldn’t refuse their kind offer.

During dinner, Aponi’s grandfather started talking about the Reath and how they had taken over the world. Jack tried to hide his true identity as a Reath, but he couldn’t help feeling guilty and ashamed.

Flirty was still there, taunting Jack and urging him to reveal his true self. Jack tried his best to resist, but he was growing weaker and more vulnerable with every passing moment.

After dinner, Aponi showed Jack to his room. Jack was grateful for her kindness, but he was still struggling to keep his composure.

As he lay in bed, he couldn’t shake the feeling that he was a fraud and that he didn’t deserve Aponi’s kindness. Flirty was still there, whispering in his ear and telling him that he was weak and pathetic.

Suddenly, Jack felt a surge of anger and determination. He couldn’t let Flirty control him any longer. He got up from bed and confronted Flirty in the mirror.

“Enough!” he shouted. “I won’t let you control me anymore. I won’t let you make me feel weak and worthless.”

Flirty laughed. “You can’t get rid of me, Jack. I’m a part of you now. You’ll always be weak and pathetic.”

Jack tried his best to shut him up, but he just can’t turn it off now.

Flirty laughed and said!

“Well I respect your hardwork,

I think i should leave for a while,

but here is a question I need to ask.

What you think?

what you feel is real?

it’s all fake,

if i take over, all I feel will be lust and thirst for her body.

However, I won’t claim that my emotions are real, and I have them in me.

The thoughts were haunting Jack, but all he could do now was stay on track and keep his will. At night he tried to have some sleep and get better.

While Jack was sleeping, he was dreaming:

He opened his eyes, and he was again in the void with only one chair. This time he could see further that there is nothing till far.

All that exists here is one chair. For which we usually fight.

Now I know how the politicians feel for one chair, and the control it gives to you.

And how the situation gets worse when the wrong person sits on it. But what I thought is, I am going to maintain my position here.

Yes! I will overcome them all, get stronger and forget them all.

Alvis chuckles with the sharp eyes “The plan you are plotting, do you think it seems so simple and easy in your mind. We have been through so much together and there wasn’t a single moment as well as a plan that didn’t backfired. ”

“I know but I have to do something about it” Jack said.

In the reply Alvis got closer to Jack and said “will you be able to survive without us if things go upside down.

Hmm, maybe maybe not!

Mr jack; get up please!

Within moments, Alvis’ cold and sharp voice turned into a beautiful and warm voice.

That warm voice was so accepting and caring.

Jack felt back the heart racing, he felt good about it. The happiness on his face can be easily seen. He got up from bed and saw Apino.

Long hair, luring fragrance and irresistible face that can take anyone’s heart.

It seemed like she just took a bath. He didn’t want to resist and get her in his arms.

But all he could at the moment was thank the lady and get fresh.

After taking a bath everyone was at the table. Apino and her grandparents welcomed him at the table. The food seemed good. Everyone was silent as Apino’s Grandfather asked “So where are you from? And how did you come here?”

Alvis was trying to overcome but Jack knew he could hurt anyone, so he controlled him by looking at Apino and answered.

“I am alone, my parents were killed by a reath, and from that moment I am just wondering here and there.”

“It’s quite weird that you were alone and no one was here to cry and still they didn’t capture you.”

GrandPA said with suspicion.

On that the Grandma said in her wifey tone “come on Alex let this poor boy have the food he doesn’t seem like one of those monsters”

The heartbeat skipped “monster! Now I have turned into a monster?”

Using that fear flirty got a chance and got up and take over the body

“Oh granny you are so sweet I wish I could give you all the pleasure you desire”

Jack tried to get back “what are you doing, come back, I was dealing just fine”

Granny said “oh you naughty boy! So charming even after you are alone. Leaving all the negativity behind.” Flirty hand were moving towards the knife, which showed his intention to kill.

Flirty said with charm “all the reason is you, my lady” Apino chuckles” her beautiful chuckle helped Jack get back.

Damn that was a close call. Jack mentioned; what happened to me was a tragedy, but what I want is to know what they get from doing that?

I mean if it’s money, they can get them and go. If they wanted the place, they could’ve asked for it. If they wanted to satisfy themselves, are they satisfied now and if they are looking for vengeance, did we really deserve it? If they were just addicted to killing, then why does it has to be us humans? And if they wanted personal satisfaction, then how long, and how many lives it will take to satisfy them.

The Apino was touched by his words, while Jack continued

" I don’t desire revenge, it is a cycle of hatred, if I kill someone, someone from their family will be in thirst of revenge, and in the way if they manage to kill but with collateral damage, there will be someone else from that damage who will seek and do the same. It’s a never ending cycle to pursue war and damage. All I want is them to know that it won’t give anything to anyone.

Grandpa stood up and said with a painfully furious voice

“So what you say is, if I go out and kill those bastards who killed my son and daughter-in-law,...

it won’t mean anything?

You are wrong my boy”

“There is nothing you can do with those words, people of high class kills lower class to keep everything to them”

It’s like a plant: the leaf on the top gets every drop of water and sunlight, and then it comes to lower. When the leaves on the top have nothing, they take everything from bottom and mostly routes. That’s how the world works, and you can’t do anything about it, except slaughtering tye people on the top and getting higher.

*chuckles* I told you to let me up” Alvis said.

Apino couldn’t take how things were going so she suggested “why don’t we take Jack in *lexsers*, his unique point can help us with things we don’t even expect”

Jack; “lexsers?”

Apino; “yes it is a group of people gathering together to deal with reaths, there are not many options to us except killing them, as containing them can be harmful for any of us.”

Lexsers? A Cult? Who can kill me if they know who I’m? And she is a part of it?

Alvis laughed again “open your eyes and look, the bullets in the shotgun of grandpa to kill lusty monsters, the silver around your chair to learn if your skin belongs to the shapeshifter, the salt around the house to disturb telekinetic ability, and this house is filled every mirrors to stop you from teleporting out and bows pointed at the brain of you at the top corner of the roof if you have some other powers, They are ready for every other reath but they don’t know me and the aren’t prepared for me. Give me the chair and I will fix everything.”

That’s when jack realized what flirty was doing when he took over

When he almost got a knife and was ready to stab them, But Jack took over again

They are lexsers? Do I have to fight them, but I’m not that person

“I am,” Alvis said.

Jack was afraid on what is next, with just a single breakfast he learnt that how dangerous he is, and how dangerous this world is for him

Jack gets into the room and confronts everyone he knows in the mirror.

“Anyone here? Beast? Alvis? Flirty? .... helloooo?

Why is it so silent here all of a sudden?”

“Seems like you got a hang of it,” the reflection of Jack said.

He was exactly like Jack. Nothing could differ between Jack and reflection in the mirror except the color of the eyes.

Where Jack has innocence and will to have peace in the world, the reflection has the pure black eye balls with the thirst of vengeance in his smile.

The way he looked at you was enough to creep anyone.

“Who are you?” Jack asked

“Not smart, not comfy, not strong.” The reflection was saying that while pressing his chin and cracking his neck;

Jack instantly thought that he is someone new, or someone who is recently created. On which Dark-I said

“No! It doesn’t work like that. No one can get created from nothing. I was living here inside of you, and I wanted to learn about what’s going on, so when I confronted you, I would kill you and have the outer world to myself. ”

While he was talking to the person in reflection.

There was a knock on the door, “Are you busy?” Apino asked.

Jack replied “no I was just thinking about you. Please come in.”

Alvis started screaming again. “Give me the chair, you won’t survive it, give me the chair right now.”

Suddenly, Apino brought her hand from behind, holding a syringe, and tried to attack Jack.

It didn’t take more than a moment to shift when the body got weak and the mind got sharp.

Alvis blocked her wrist from his arm when she tried to attack, and put it in the way as he couldn’t be injected.

“OK, she is strong for being a girl,”

Jack started panicking inside. “What’s going on? Why is she attacking us?”

“Are you an idiot or something? She was holding her hand back, which means only two things, a gift or danger, and you can see exactly what it was in her shadow.

Moreover, the fun part is that she is not what you think. She doesn’t smell the same, she smell more like a polyester and burning plastic, meaning she or he just shape shifted”

Alvis was smart to fight, but not as strong, he started looking for a possible route and made strategies to get out of the mess.

I’m not as strong in combat, and I can’t find anyone here who can follow exactly what I say. This means I have to engage on my own and defeat it. But how?

Suddenly, the thought of breakfast kicked. There was silver around the chair to test if I was the shapeshifter. This means the silver can hurt them, and if it was on the chair to test me, it must be on my bed as well.

Alvis kicked the leg of the shifter and threw him on his bed when the shifter lost his balance.

The skin of the shifter started burning, and the trap was triggered on which the net of silver was fell aat him.

As expected, if they knew I’m a shifter, they might have a way to deal with it.

Alvis started walking down. When he smelled the chloroform gas in the air. I guess everyone is sleeping.

But the question is, can a one shape-shifter get them all like that?

Alvis jumped from the stairs to the ground when he felt that there was a kick coming from behind.

“And the answer is no.” Why are you all here?

The human turned into a gaint monster while saying, ” I like your body, and I am here to play with it.”

“Damn it, monster now? It’s turning into a mess. And maybe this is not my cup of tea.”

Alvis gave the chair to the beast and let him take over. It is a personality that almost took out metal skulls.

The monster was excited. “Oh, now I want that body as well.”

Beast hated what he said and went in the fight.

He grabbed the monster, he threw him on the floor, you monsters only know lust and fuck.

Do you know, how painful it is for others who go through this thing by force.

He sat on it and started punching him until the monster loose his consciousness.

When the beast stood up and turned around, he was knocked out by a great punch. Alvis and Jack said “not again.”

Flirty got out this time “so who you got for me, wait is that ............”

There was a joker in front him carrying a hammer.

“Why I get the funny one, cmon you cool and handsome joke”

Flirty style is more like a drunken master, no one can tell where he is exactly going to attack. When the opponent is convinced that he is going to attack right, he hits left and bottom together.

However, it is because Flirty himself doesn’t know what he is going to do next, and that usually weakens his defense.

He is a part who will take a hit rather then insulting himself be defending.

No plan, no strategy and no consequences matters when Flirty is in the game, he got in and asked “where is that girl with good fragrance and her granny who makes tasty food” while started fighting them he gave the joker good fight and some critical hits with combos which was enough to get the joker.

What reaths are doing here? It’s quite impossible for reaths to get out of institute with that collar without proper plan and strategy.

And if they can’t get out that means........ We are still in and being watched.

The set of house broke down into pieces. Some doctors came up, looking at the Jack. The main lead of the doctors was Apino.

Jack was surprised and crushed by feeling betrayal. The world of jack had turned upside down. Everyone of jack was exhausted and they were unable to fight.

Every move of them was noticed and learned by DAB. They trapped Jack and caught him in a shield made with pure atom.

It was a transparent shield made to contain some special and powerful kind of monsters. And the Jack was first one to get in.

Here Apino was looking at the Jack while he was being captured, and Jack was feeling betrayed for whatever happened to him.

It was hard to learn Apino was someone he never knew. Jack was disappointed to know Apino is just someone who is here to test him and learn about him.

Back there, Alvis was laughing and making jokes about Jack: “What a jackass you are? She got you well, man...”

Jack was embarrassed himself, but he knew that even if his eyes got wet and teary, everyone inside would laugh about it.

This time, he was willingly giving his chair to anyone who wants it. But things had turned around, not only Jack but others were also mad at her.

How weird it is that when it is time to love, everyone doesn’t have a collective opinion, but when it is about hating, they come together.

Alvis had convinced everyone to fight according to his plan. But what was the plan?

To know that, we have to learn about the situation. Jack is stuck in an atomic shield made of pure atoms. Everything consists of atoms in this world, and an atomic shield means the most dense and unbreakable field in the world.

That’s only the beginning. Jack was trapped there even after he was convinced that he had escaped. So what went wrong? The route was planted. Jack did escape, but the route was designed in such a way that he had to take turns that led him directly to another facility of DAB. “Quite smart, DAB.”

So the next thing should be when he gets free from this field; he had to choose a route to get out of this facility and then choose the route which led him to a safe location this time.

“That seems good, but I know it’s going to be a lot harder than it sounds. First thing first, how to get out of here?”

Alvis said, “I had expected to get in such kind of situation, and I have been thinking about a way out as well. We have powers like other reath. We can shapeshift, we can turn into monsters - no offense, beast - and we have the ability to switch. That means we may have something more in others like teleportation or telekinesis.”

Flirty said, “So what you are saying is we can teleport out of there or use telekinesis power to turn off this field.”

Alvis replied, “Something better. I am thinking about looking for someone that can really help me pierce my way through it.”

“I can help,” Jack with Black eyes said. “I am opposite to Jack, and what I know is I am made of anti-atom. Whoever takes the chair gets to expose their body, so if I take it, that means I will take my body out and get out of this atomic shield.”

Alvis said, “Great, but before that, we have to convince Jack to stay stable.”

Flirty asked, “Why’s that? We don’t even need Jack. Even if he gets lost in the void, nothing will change.”

Alvis said, “Wrong. I have been looking at him quite closely. Whenever we shift, we consume energy, and Jack’s body is the battery here. If he is down and feeling drained, the shifts will be uncontrollable. This means the chair can get too big for all of us together to control or too thin for even a single one of us to fit. In short, the energy chair needs to fit us; the energy is gotten from Jack. Even this Black Eyes goes out, he needs Jack’s energy to hold his anti-atomic body.”

Flirty replied, “That’s so not fair. Ok, let me try.

Hey boy, I know you went through some hard stuff, but I know you are strong, and all we want are answers. Don’t we?”

Jack opened his eyes and remembered his words “All I want are answers but no revenge”

Flirty kept speaking “Aren’t you the one with the light, here to help and bring the world real peace. How it’s possible, when you loose the peace in you”

Jack stood up and said “All I want is peace and I will do anything for that”

The chair got potential in it and fully charged. Black eyes sat on it and cracked his neck “Let’s Rock n Roll”

Jack’s body changed into anti atomic material. There was some dark aura which was emitting from him, and the black eyes with the creepy smile.

He punched into the sheild and break it into pieces. “Oh it feels good to be out”

Everyone started shooting instantly, that creepy smile again and punched the wall floor, giving a shock wave making everyone lose their balance and ended up shooting their own fellows.

Alvis “We need to move fast. Hey, Dark I can you make anti atomic shield from your aura and run out”

Dark I nodded but of course he was not someone who could not be trusted. He instantly started consuming the whole chair for him, so no one could ever take the chair from him. As a result, his body started turning into a sculpture.

Alvis: “Shift, hurry up, or we will be stuck here forever”,

Dark I used his anti atomic body to consume the whole chair for himself, that break the connection of jack and the chair, meaning no energy for Dark I to even move

Dark I left the chair and gave it to jack, they connected again, but jack was in battle. the floor was breaking and there was shooting everywhere. “*Screams* c’mon hurry up take the chair”

Flirty “is that the first time he is saying that out loud?”

Beast took over. He started running and following Alvis’s direction. Beast was running over his feet and hands like a wolf. Alvis took him straight to Apino. Beast took out his claws and was just going to kill Apino, when Jack took primary control.

“All I want is answers” Why you lied to me? Why you said your parents were killed by a reath.”

“I didn’t lie,” Apino replied. “They were actually Killed by a reath, and that reath was me”. Saying this she turned into a venomous white snake.

“All they cared about was Apino, my twin sister, they never cared about me.” Apino kept talking in her snake form in siss sound “ They always treated me like hell. It was like I don’t exist. That’s why I poisoned Apino and got her place. With nothing around i was hungry and thought of eating street kids, and that’s when DAB gave this perfect opportunity to eat whatever lose reath there is”

Alvis Explained “Apino was actually the name of twin sister of white snake, and she was appointed to eat every reath that goes against DAB, The previous attack was to learn if i can be controlled or not, and since they cannot control me she is going to eat Jack including us all”

White snaked opened her mouth and took out her venom to kill and with a blink of an eye jack turned back into beasty. He grabbed her opened mouth to avoid her fangs and tried to hold it but it was impossible. To avoid her venom he stretched her mouth even more and tore the mouth of snake Apino.

Flirty said with anger “Hey i didn’t even got a chance to talk to her”

Everyone together: Shut up Flirty!!!

Now there was nothing to say, they had to run out, Alvis asked the beast to use his speed and get to the highest point so he could get the idea of the current location and scan the routes like a map in his mind.

Beast followed him, jumping on the broken floor using his tail to sense any danger and avoid it and get to the highest point around him.

Alvis got stunned when he looked through the beast’s eyes. There was no escape, he could see the facility of DAB in every area. It wasn’t the name but the hints that made him realize that this whole city is a DAB organization.

Looking closely it was realized that there is nothing out of the city. The city was inside the desert covered in the DOME, the Dome of shield of the same atomic energy that dark-I break.

There was only one way out, disguise as a guard and escape from the only door there was, as those guards’ duty were to bring in children from other villages and cities, but that was too much time taking.

Alvis figured another way but he didn’t want to trust Dark-I again, but he didn’t have a choice

They have to shift fast and Jack will be holding them all. Alvis commands him to run towards the car.

As soon as they got near the car, Alvis took over and hacked into the car. Once the car was hacked, flirty took over and started driving.

His unpredictable driving skills are so disturbing but that was helping a lot to dodge the attacks. He drove it at full speed and took it near the dome where the help of Black eye was taken. Black eyes took over and broke the area of the dome which helped in making a hole and getting out through it.

They all collectively stepped out and started the new journey where they will have to survive in the real world.
