LOST AND FOUND

Y/n would get lost in thoughts everyday thinking about her childhood, about her best friend whom she loved dearly, she never comprehended why destiny had to be so cruel to both of them by tearing them apart.

She has never been able to forget about Namjoon, it wasn't like she didn't search for him everywhere, she felt like the earth had opened a hole and swallowed him, but she didn't lose the hope that one day they would find each other again, it has been years since that happened but what she didn't know is that the reason why that was something done on purpose by his family to keep them apart.

Namjoon moved away from his parents house in New England where he graduated from high school, went to college there, his family establish themselves building business, but Namjoon's heart was never into his family line of business so when he was old enough to make his decisions he left New England, which his family wasn't to keen about it. His thoughts traveled far away thinking about y/n as well, how would she look now, where could she be, his heart ached because he knew very well that his heart would not settle unless he found her, he would reminisce on their moments together at every moment, she was a permanent resident in his mind.

Why life had to be so cruel, their families used to be very close but their fell off due to differences points of view on how to handle business, so they broke up their partnership which lead to everyone go in their own way not caring a flip about their children losing their identities and each other.

Namjoon became a doctor, he went to college, becoming the exact opposite of what his family wanted him to be, a very weird profession for a vampire.

Kim Namjoon was a born vampire, but y/n didn't know about it, he never muster the courage to tell her, he was afraid of losing her.

He left the United kingdom once he got a job offer, so he left his old life back around his family looking for his own way.

Namjoon landed in Australia, he sighed deeply hoping for a better life at this new place hopefully that life allowed him to meet with the love of his life once again.

The hospital that offered him the job set him up with a hotel while he found a place to stay.

He got settle at his hotel after a long flight.

NAMJOON'S POV...

- well Namjoon this new chapter in your book life is about to start.

Away from my family, I was sick and tired of my family trying to tell me how to live my life, l have my own mind, I am not stupid therefore I can take my own decisions.

I put my luggage away, i opted for going out to get something to eat, I honestly can't barely remember when was the last time that I put some nourishment in his body, I don't need it it but I trained himself to be almost like a normal human being, I only would have blood once or twice a week just enough to get me through the week.

I will go through my day with the minimum of the normal human beings food, mostly drinking coffee, water maybe some snacks.

After grabbing a bite to eat I stopped by the convenience store to buy something to drink, I drink a lot alcohol but it doesn't matter what it is or how much since my metabolism is so fast I never get drunk which is a shame, because I would love to know how it feels.

I got back to my hotel room, placing my food on a small table that was in front of the large hotel window.

As I ate I busted my alcohol open, as soon as it hit my tongue somehow the rest of the world disappeared but of course as always my mind wondered to her, y/n, I need it her back in my life, I wasn't complete without her.

After barely touching the food but finishing every single drop of alcohol I cleaned up, stripping off my clothes, letting my worn out body drop on the bed, I have been feeling like this since she was taken from me, nothing like the vampire I used to be.

READER POV

In the morning his alarm clock rang it was 630, not like he has been sleeping he would be on his phone all night only when he got tired, his mind would trail off on her.

It was the morning also his first day at his new job.

The Royal North shore hospital, he was going to be the head doctor of the Emergency room.

He washed up, got dressed with an Armani tailored suit, the suit accentuated his long limbs alsomade him look like he was going to be in a fashion show.

Aftet finishing the last touches to his hair slicked back held in place with hair wax, he grabbed his briefcase walking out of the hotel, quickly looking for a cab, shortly he made it to the hospital after paying his fare to the driver he got out, took a look at the tall building letting out a loud sigh at the same time he walked inside the building.

- good morning, my name is Kim Namjoon, I'm the new head doctor.

He said to the nurse at the counter, her eyes ran up and down his long frame, he was gorgeous, he looked like a model instead of a doctor.

She quickly shook her head, turning her head to give him her full attention, his keen sense of smell picked up on it, he could smell her arousal which made him cleared his throat.

- ah yes, nice to meet you Mr. Kim I'll let dr. Min that you are here.

- no need miss Jones I'm right here.

- ah, good morning mr. Min.

- good morning, hello my name is Min Yoongi, the hospital director, nice to meet you.

He said extending his hand towards Namjoon.

- nice to meet you Mr. Min, my name is Kim Namjoon.

Namjoon said meeting his hand halfway for a hand shake.

- ah, surname Kim, are you Korean by any chance?

- yes sir I am, how about you?

- meet too.

Yoongi said with a sweet smile.

- ah is that so, where from if I might ask?

Yoongi asked with curiosity.

- Ilsan, South Korea, how about you Mr. Min.

- I'm from Daegu, South Korea but please Yoongi is fine with me.

- likewise you can call me Namjoon.

- great now let me show you around then your office.

- after you Yoongi.

They walked away from the reception, Yoongi showed Namjoon around the hospital.

After finishing the tour, he showed him his office.

- this is your office Namjoon, you will be in charge of the emergency room, whatever you need me my office is at the end of the hallway, my door is always open.

- thanks so much, I'll place my things, I'll get to it.

- well, I'm glad to have you around there is not many Korean people around the hospital.

- I'm glad I have you around Yoongi.

Namjoon said with a bow.

- well I'm going see you around Namjoon.

Yoongi left Namjoon get settle in his office, he put on his doctor's coat opening his bag taking his instruments out as he walked, he was reading the charts of the areas that he was in charge of, trying to get familiarized with them learning the floors, all the rooms around the emergency room area, but it wasn't hard with his photographic memory so he memorized everything with seconds.

He began to introduce himself to the staff, the nurses of course they were all drooling behind him.

While he was looking at the patients charts, there was an emergency, the paramedics walked through the doors with a female on a stretcher.

- we need help stat, it was a hit and run.

Namjoon ran to the entrance as he heard the call through the PA system.

- who we have here, what's the situation?

He said as he made it to the stretcher.
