In addition to infertility, we also see Eli, our alpha, struggle with who he is (a dominant alpha). There's a sense of self-hatred he struggles with throughout the entirety of the story. Summary

Delaney finds out devastating news that has him questioning who he truly is. In the midst of his tragedy, he meets an attractive alpha whose insistence to get to know him drives Delaney to make some questionable decisions that he'll later come to regret. Eli, an attractive alpha who lives a life steeped in secrecy, meets an omega that has him falling hard and fast, making him question if he can honestly share his life with someone.
