Chapter 1 - A hidden mystery
A dark forest with no trace of people with tall trees through which only rays of moon light is seen . Ana suddenly wakes up in the middle of the forest with no recall of memory and is terrified to see the wild nature,darkness looming around her. Suddenly a bright light with a warm voice echoes - "Ana , I know you are confused and terrified. My dear lovely child , you are here because I have selected you for an important purpose and you are an important piece of the puzzle that's been missing till now. It's been a long search and I have finally found you. I know you have many questions and each of your questions will be answered soon. Until then be patient. Your journey towards an unwavering thirst of revenge will begin now. The path you choose will decide the destiny of many lives. You are going to meet Prince Alex soon.
Good luck my child" . The light vanished and Ana couldn't hear any voice. She started screaming but her calls were unanswered.
Ana, not knowing where to go, starts searching for a place to stay for the night.
Tears in her eyes and with shivering hands and legs walks a long way and reaches an uphill through which she can see a village and a big castle .
Ana's eyes suddenly sparkle, noticing the aura . The castle looks very bright that it could fade away the entire darkness of the forest. Her heart suddenly starts beating very fast and she starts experiencing a sharp pain as if it can explode any moment. Her eyes get filled with tears suddenly . She suddenly hears echoes of people screaming and images flash very fast and they are very blur . Her pain increases even more as she hears people voices.
Her images are very unclear and her heart beats even faster with excruciating pain and she suddenly collapses, unable to bear the pain. She feels breathless and suddenly she see a girl who looks like a princess tied up and her eyes are filled with tears not out of pain but out of remorse. She can only see her eyes filled with tears, sadness, hopeless and her face is very blurr to identify.
Ana's tears are rolling down like a river that is flooded. She tries to stay calm and slowly she feels drowsy and in a wink she sleeps like a sleeping beauty.
A fresh scent of air with chirping sounds Ana wakes up with a bag of coins beside her and looks at the same castle. But now she is not in pain anymore. She is more confused than ever but with a fierce look she closes her eyes and motivates herself to uncover the truth and moves forward. Her looks are more determined and she sets out towards the village.
Ana enters the village and there a wide variety of vibrant shops selling groceries, jewels, clothes , food. She suddenly hears a roaring sound from her stomach and goes to a food vendor. To her surprise someone from behind calls her Amelia . She recalls herself being called Ana and now she is called Amelia. She turns back and looks at him and she can't recall anything.
Ana is amused not knowing how to react stays silent and he asks her - “ where were you Amelia? Do you have any idea how much mom was worried about you? It's been a week since you left the house? I don't understand you at all. Why do you need to act so silly all the time ? Amelia, let's go home now.”
She is perplexed and starts thinking to herself - “ who am I exactly? Am I Ana or Amelia ? In this state I'll die of a heart attack for sure. Anyway I don't find an alternate option as of now otherthan following him. If I have to find out more, I have to go along with him even if I don't want to.” Ana then answers - “ okay, let's go home”.
The stranger sighs - “I can't expect more than this from you. You and your arrogance never come down”. Ana with a sharp eye filled with anger asks him to shut up . The stranger sighs agian and both of them walk along the street. The street is filled with various markets, as they go along the street it is becoming more loneliest with the number of houses and shops. Its filled with more trees. The houses are tormented more.
Both of them reach a hut which seems alone , its wooden beams look like they will collapse at any moment , the roof is patchy with gaps that allow the silvers of moonlight to pass through.
A lady looking pale with worn out clothes comes out of the hut with teary eyes calls - “Amelia, you have come back . I thought you will never come back. I'm really sorry. I know you are upset thinking I'm responsible for the death of the love of your life. But believe me dear,I wanted my child to get married in a rich house. I don't want my child to live in the poorness and dirt I have lived in. So I forced you into this marriage.I never knew that he would end his life for you. I'm really sorry my dear. Forgive me please.” Ana gets shocked and doesn't answer anything.
The lady suddenly hugs her and starts crying.Ana doesn't react , she feels very disconnected and she says “ mom , I want to take rest . I'm tired.” The old lady with joy asks - “Christopher take your sister to the room. Meanwhile I'll make her some food.”Christopher with an irritable face nods. Ana takes a close look at the room and nothing seems familiar to her. She sighs and starts recalling all the events- “ so I have a Mom, brother and the love of my love who is dead now. The visions which I saw yesterday are completely different from now. Are all these events related to each other? The divine voice called me Ana . So I must be Ana right? But these people are recognising me as Amelia. So the body I'm in must be Amelia. If Amelia and Ana are two different people, how are these two related to each other? I'm going insane. I'm unable to know the difference between reality and deception with the events that are happening. May be I'll take some rest. May be I'll recall something.” Ana drifts into deep sleep. After a small nap Ana wakes up listening to her mom's voice .
In the lights of lamp Christopher, Ana and her mom sat together for dinner. Christopher with an angry look - “Mom , how can you make all the dishes that only Amelia loves. Because of her we lost our face infront of people. My friends are laughing at me. I'm embarrassed to even go for work. If she dreamt of living with her love . She should have taken her life too. Then both of them would have been together forever.” Amelia's mom suddenly starts beating him and says - “ how can you say such cruel words to your sister. If you utter a word again like this. I'll make sure you are outside of this house.” Ana clears her throat - “ Mom and Christopher, I want us to have a peaceful dinner. Let's stop this here.” Christopher gives a angry look and starts eating. Silence is so hard that the sound of breeze can be heard. No one talked anymore. Ana goes to her room finishing her dinner. She feels the cool breeze over her through the window. She goes close towards the window. Suddenly a beautiful butterfly with shades of blue colour flutters around her.
The butterfly with its wings beating slow , hovers on her face - “ Ana , I have come to deliver a message that's sent by God mother to you.” Ana filled with astonishment and joy in her eyes - “ Finally, I'll get some answers.”
The butterfly with fluttering wings says - “ Ana what I'm going to tell you is very important. It will give you the answers for the questions you are waiting for. Ana you are supposed to leave this house tomorrow as early as possible with no one knowing your whereabouts. You have to reach the castle soon.I'll meet you at the castle entrance.I know you have a lot of questions in your mind. At present all your questions can't be answered as I'm provided with the only information you have to know. I need to follow the rules that are set for me if I intend to help you. I'll guide you through the journey until you can face the reality on your own. I request you to do as i say.”
Ana's joy vanishes with a sudden disappointment “ You didn't even give me the chance to ask you anything. With the present ongoing scenario I have no choice other than following what you say. So the voice I heard in the forest is the God mother and now you are my guiding angel. Can you answer one question atleast?”
The butterfly flutters in air and says - “ Ana, I know what you are going to ask. I can only say you this that the journey you are going set on tomorrow will provide you an answer. I'm sorry that I can't help you in this. I'll meet you tomorrow at the castle entrance.” And the butterfly vanished into air. Ana with multiple questions in her mind feels difficult to sleep.
Even before sun rises Ana wakes up and tries to leaves the house. It's still dark and cold outside. Her whole body shivers with the touch of every breeze. She goes inside the house for a rug to cover her up. She searches her room to pickup the rug. She sees a knife fully covered and stained with blood.
Her eyes are filled with fear and with the trembling hands she picks up the knife and she suddenly sees flash of images which are blurr again.
She sees Christopher holding the knife and she can hear a male voice but very indistinct- “Amelia I thought you loved me. I gave up everything for you. How can you kill me now and why?” Ana hears Christopher saying - “ You are bound to die. You were a part of my sister's plan. Now the time has come to send you to the heaven. Good bye Nicolas.” Ana shivers with fear , with the wavering hands puts the knife back and leaves the house .
She is panting with the disbelief what she saw. Ana's eyes are filled with tears and anger- “ How can Christopher kill him. Is really Amelia responsible for all this. What's the plan that Christopher is talking about ?Did Amelia kill Nicholas for marrying a rich guy? If killing him was part of the plan then why did Amelia disappear suddenly without marrying? Why didn't Christopher discuss any of these when he saw me ? Is this the reason why he was angry? If I'm the real Amelia , then am I responsible for a death?why don't I have a single memory of any event?Why every thing seems so complex to understand? Who am I exactly? I'm feeling very pathetic now. What should I do with the mom who believes her children are her world? I'm sorry Mom for leaving you again. But trust me, I'll come back for you.” Ana leaves a note saying she will come back soon.With a teary eyed she moves towards the castle. With all the questions swirling inside her head like a violent storm in the darkness she walks holding a lamp like a deity clearing and cleaning the darkness around her.
She walks alone in the darkness.It's so calm that she can hear her own breath sounds. Her looks have become more determined to find out the truth. Ana lost in her thoughts walks forward. She walks until it's dawn. She could feel the warmth of sun rays falling on her. Her whole body is shivering and pale walking whole night. Her surroundings are filled with joy and happiness. It's decorated all over with wide variety of flowers, ribbons. It feels like a festival. 
What's the mission ? Is she going meet prince Alex? Can she conclude who she is? Will she discover the connection between Amelia and Ana ? Stay tuned for more in the next chapter .
