"What did I like? Everything. 🥹🥹 At first, the book felt fast because I was used to the more recent books with more chapters, but a few chapters in, and I found that it was just perfect. The imagery, the word choices, editing, plot, flow, everything was on point. I'll still continue to threaten more violence against certain characters, but I'll leave you to execute the appropriate punishments. As always, great job, author. You the birthday. 💐💐💐"
Another great story
"I loved this story, although I don't understand one word of the corporate stuff, (well maybe one or two) i couldn't stop reading, I just couldn't draw away from these characters, I think my favourite of all of them are Austin and Nate. Austin is a quite sarcastic character that I can identify with as I'm very much like that myself, and I just love Nate and his humour, his total inability to treat anything outside of business seriously (even sometimes in the boardroom he's a joker though) just makes me laugh and imagine his face, grinning like a loon. Drew and Charlie are funny sometimes and I love the banter between the pair and with Nate. I'm so glad David got the boot 😆 Brilliant love story again, quietly romantic without being over the top. Really really enjoyed it."

I loved the craftsmanship used to spin a complex corporate takeover, and at the same time, give us a love story fitting for this genre. "This' the second story I read for the same writer, it didn't disappoint, not for a single beat! Every line hums with emotional precision, every scene layered with weight. What begins as a battle for control becomes something deeper. With writing that’s sharp, intimate, and quietly devastating, this is a story about power, presence, and the kind of love that keeps the light on. The characters are raw, flawed, real! It took me through many emotions, ups, and downs. Then it landed me safely. Bonus for teaching me a little about corporate and business :D "
Captivating!
"I really enjoyed this story. I thought maybe it would revolve to much around the corporate side at te beginning but I was wrong. I actually enjoyed the strategy, planning and everything else and found myself captivated by the corporate side of the story. And besides that I also really liked the characters. Very well written, realistic and raw. With made my feelings go up and down while reading, but they grow on you very fast. Curios to see what you come up with next :) "
