It was a warm sunny day and I was tired,hungover and jobless,literally. I had gone to the pub around the street from my house in case anything happened.
My best friend had dragged me over there saying I was sulking and needed to go out.

I did not really trust my best friend when she were drunk. I sat at a table far from sweaty not so sexy men in their 40s .
Charlyenne stood up and disappeared into the waves of sweaty men who had at least one girl giving them a BJ.
This place was not my style I wondered how Lynne knew places like this I just hoped she would hurry up and return.
It was getting boring now and younger couples were slipping out and pouring into the parking lot.I knew what they were doing it was quite disgusting and shameless messing around in the parking lot in the car.At least get a room
Some who had a little bit of decency went to the hotel three blocks down.I brought out my phone and opened the first app I saw Snapchat.
My long distance cousin was sending me snaps .I opened them and reacted then closed the app suddenly a notification popped up, it was from my whatsapp.
No one really used that app in my contacts except for a few of my relatives and friends.
I opened the notification and it directed me to my high school friend chat.
I read it before another notification came in from him. Felix had known I lost my job he had told me that a big company needed a secretary at the head quaters .
“I know you would kill this job” he texted.
I smiled and replied his text “Thanks Fel,you are the best”
“Interview is tomorrow at 12 noon be there”
I was about to exit the app when his message came in again ” A little heads up but rumors say the person you will be working for has horrible anger issues” .
I stared at the messaged and replied “Can’t be that bad”. I was unsure of what I just texted but I could only hope and besides I didn’t plan on being some arrogant male secretary.
I left the app and placed my phone in my purse and spotted a brunette haired female heading my way. I rejoiced happy that Lynne had finally returned but that was short lived as I noticed a man tagging along with her .
I sighed in frustration and shook my head.
“Quinn baby” my tipsy friend purred.I left her for a few minutes and she was already tipsy
“I got you some shots” she slurred slightly.Before I could reply she pushed the male forward “This is Mateo” then paused slightly “Mateo,Quinn”. I looked him over “Nice to meet you” I said stretching my hand forward.He smiled”Nice to meet you Quinn” he said letting go of my hand .It looked like she was going to be busy this evening.
She handed me a shot”I had rather not today Lynne” I said eyeing the drink while they both settled down and touched each other every where.
“Oh c’mon Quinn” Lynne pouted and made puppy dog eyes.
" Fine just this one” she smirked and nodded .
That was a lie it was just the beginning of many drinks, Mateo kept buying us drinks.It was like he wanted me to let my guard down.
He obviously had money.At two am I looked at my phone and noticed it was late,Lynne and Mateo were wrapped around each other .
I had an interview at 12 tomorrow Lynne was on leave so she could stay out all night
“Lynne,it’s getting late I’ve an interview tomorrow at 12. They paused their tongue kissing and turned their heads around.
“Really you never mentioned that” she said trying to recall if I ever did
“Yeah Fel said there’s a job opening in a company when you went to get drinks”I replied slurring on words
“Lets go home” I said.
She brought out her phone out about to order a ride she looked fully flushed, maybe this man could calm my erotic best friend down
“Why don’t I drop” you Mateo asked.
Lynne looked at me and I nodded, we packed our stuff and exited the club.The air out there was cool,different from the warm air and smell of sex in the bar. Mateo went to get his car and drove us to my apartment.
