A middle-aged landlord, Mr. Patel, exploits his position of power to take advantage of a young tenant, Tanvi. He intentionally spills a drink on himself to create an opportunity to be alone with her, where he proceeds to touch her inappropriately, kissing her, groping her breasts, and sexually assaulting her in the bathroom.
