Summary

Shubhangi — a typical bengali girl with laughter in her eyes and storms in her chest, who dreams loudly but breaks quietly. On other hand we have Ishan Raina — a boy from the hills, who carries warmth in his silences, just like the North India sun not too harsh not too dull. They weren’t meant to fall in love — and perhaps, they never did. Or maybe they did, in the spaces between words, in moments that never asked for meaning. It wasn’t a story of love. And yet, it wasn’t anything less. They promised to live, not to feel. But feelings don’t wait for permission. What they shared was unnamed — a friendship that looked too much like love, and a love too fragile to be confessed. And somewhere in that in-between… their story began.

Disclaimer and Characters

Hi reader,

This is my debut story — my very first attempt at sharing the world I carry in my heart. I'm not a professional writer, and I’ve never formally studied storytelling. But these characters, their journeys, their heartbreaks, their smiles… they all came to life in my mind, and I just couldn’t keep them to myself anymore.

This story is purely fictional — born out of imagination, personal reflections, and the emotional fragments we all sometimes carry. It includes elements of heartbreak, emotional turmoil, romantic tension, unspoken love, and yes, a touch of sensuality too. But above all, it’s about growth, healing, and hope.

I truly hope you find pieces of yourself in these characters and moments.

And if you have any feedback or suggestions — please be kind. I’m open to learning and growing, but your softness would mean a lot to me 💛

Thank you for giving my little world a chance

✨ Meet the Characters ✨

🔸ShubhangiA spirited Bengali girl with a contagious smile, big dreams, and a heart that often hides its silent aches. Strong yet sensitive — she’s the one you root for.

🔸 Ishan Raina

A warm-hearted Himachali boy — calm, grounded, and gentle. Like winter sun in North India: not too harsh, not too faint. He enters Shubhangi’s life quietly… but stays in ways words can’t define.

🔸 Jeet

Shubhangi’s ex-boyfriend. A man who failed to understand the woman she was becoming. Emotionally distant and hard to please, he represents the kind of love that drains more than it fills.

🔸 Neha Tiwari

Shubhangi’s best friend. The one who always listens — though Shubhangi never quite tells her everything. A constant support, even through the silences.

🔸 Tanya, Abhiroop & Ananya

The circle that makes Shubhangi laugh on bad days. Each with their own quirks, flaws, and warmth — they’re the people who remind her that healing doesn’t have to be lonely.

With love
