I wanted to create characters who are morally grey — flawed, powerful, vulnerable — because real people aren’t just heroes or villains. They’re a mix of everything, and love doesn’t always come easy or clean.

The setting of Edenhart Academy serves as both a gilded cage and a battlefield where every glance, every secret, and every whispered lie has the power to change the game. Lace & Lies is my ode to the messy, addictive chaos of toxic love and the strength it takes to rise from the ashes of betrayal.
