Introduction.
Adiba Mia — a beautiful, shy, and easily frightened 22-year-old girl. She was the kind of person who got scared of almost everything and anything. Adiba worked as a teacher in a nearby school, and she loved her job dearly. Teaching little children brought her peace — she adored kids and felt happiest when surrounded by their innocent laughter.
Her parents had passed away when she was just twelve years old. Since then, she had been living with her uncle, Salahuddin Mia, and aunt, Naziya Mia. Her father had been an ordinary man, while her uncle was a wealthy and successful businessman. Salahuddin had taken her in only out of responsibility toward his late brother. He didn’t love her deeply, but there was a small corner in his heart that cared for her. Unfortunately, her aunt never allowed him to show even that little bit of affection toward Adiba.
Salahuddin and Naziya had a daughter named Alisha, a stunning 24-year-old woman who loved traveling and photoshoots. She was rarely home, always flying from one country to another, chasing her passion. Because of this, Adiba and Alisha never developed any real emotional bond. They lived under the same roof but in completely different worlds.
Sameer Akbar — a handsome and lovable 28-year-old man — is a heartless secret mafia to his enemies. He loves his family deeply and follows their wishes faithfully, unlike his younger spoiled brother, Armaan. Sometimes he can be sweet and caring, but when anger takes over, he forgets everything and everyone. In his fury, he can do anything without a second thought. Yet, deep down, he is a good man at heart.
His father is a businessman, and Sameer is also a successful businessman in his father’s company. He doesn’t live with his parents, instead staying in his own house because of his mafia work, just like his brother. Both brothers want to shield their parents from any violence, which is why they conduct their dangerous work far from home. Sameer, however, lives in the same town as his parents (though they are planning to leave the country after Sameer’s marriage due to his mother’s treatment), while Armaan resides in another town on his own.
